Eric was an awesome tour guide- when the polar bear starting attacking he grabbed it- threw it down a shaft and saved us all. He even told some good jokes. Great time!

This adventure went way above and beyond my expectations!! Our tour guide, Arik (or was it Angus? 😉) was top-notch!! Not only incredibly knowledgeable about all the aspects of the cave and it's history, he was also very interactive, entertaining and hilarious!! He did a fabulous job wrangling our rather large group without rushing us and took the time to answer all our questions 🥰 A great gift shop and snack bar also, complete with prickly pear margaritas! And, of course, the scenery was Arizona exquisite!!

Such a great tour! Our guide Daniel with the best beard in the Southwest gave a balanced tour with nerdy info paired with jokes. Highly recommend!

The grounds, cafe and store are all very well maintained and attractive. Our tour was lead by Arik and he was tremendous! He offered lots of history mixed with corny jokes and was great at engaging the kids. He got them interacting and gave them some colored rocks too. Arik may or may not leave you in the cave if you touch the cave walls or you’re a Packers fan… so beware! We will definitely come again. My only criticism is it’s a bit over priced. It would be nice if they had a family price or resident discount. The food prices at the terrace were a lot too. Soft serve is $5 and $9 for a sundae so we didn’t try it. There was also no one at the counter so that made it easy to say no! The ladder tour sounds awesome so we plan to do that with the older kids.
