Colossal Cave Mountain Park

5.00Well organized, interesting place. My daughter and grandson did the tour and enjoyed it very much. I am not physically able to do the tour, but waiting on the terrace was very comfortable.

5.00Laure was our tour guide and offered a plethora of wisdom on the cave. We felt as though we were in a history class learning about the cave, Tucson and the surrounding area. She was fun, and made the tour exciting for all ages. Thanks Laure!!

5.00Best tour I have been on in AZ, just because of tour guide Daniel and his awesome beard! I wish I could grow a beard like that. But I really had an amazing time! We had booked earlier in October but had to change last minute due to car issues, but they were so kind and helpful in rescheduling for December. The cave was different than I expected, but in the best way. The walk to the gift shop had breathtaking views and a nice trail to go explore the desert. And the cave, we spent about an hour exploring and it was so much fun the time flew by. The tour was educational and had plenty of jokes to make it a fun and memorable experience. I will be returning in the summer season to see the bats.

5.00Did the Ladder Tour with my 19-year old daughter and had a great time. Daniel was our guide and he was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot. The tour itself is fun with some tight spots so it could be challenging for bigger people and/or those that can’t climb up or down ladders or fit through tight spaces. My daughter also thought Daniel has a great beard.

4.00Great tour with lots of historical information and a real look into the past. Our guide, Del, really knew his stuff and has really great hair. We just wish he used his normal voice on the tour. I spoke to Del before the tour and he talked normally then when our tour started, he launched into this loud, performative sing-songy affect that really made it hard to pay attention to what he was saying. That said, it was well worth the trip with lots of cool history.

5.00VERY IMPORTANT ,don’t go if you don’t like the packers! Arik will go on and on about how much greater they are than the bears and say nothing about the cave.Pro tip wear green I highly suggest for all little ones for they have a higher chance of getting featured. Don’t fear getting lost Arik doesn’t want bears eating his packer fans, they are way too important to him. Expect having to stay in the front of the line ,packer fans. Study your dad jokes for you’ll have an intense competition against Arik if you loose he’ll send you deep in the gave towards the gorillas that only get fed on Ariks tours, my poor little sister’s arm knows how hungry those gorillas are. Thank you Arik for an amazing tour, you were a great tour Gide and made this experience supper fun with all your corny jokes and big brain facts!!! 🦍👌😉 (Also we saw you guys on the news 📰 supper cool!)
