Enjoy the comforts of our luxury Mercedes vehicles. Unlike others we include a chef-prepared lunch in our tour price. There are no hidden extra costs. We stop at 4 cellar doors and vary the cellar doors weekly. We also take requests. Our small group tours maximize interaction within the group and with the cellar doors. We are not just visitors to each stop - we are welcomed as friends. Our tours are relaxed, comfortable & easy-going and it doesn't matter if you have never tried a wine or if you are looking to stock you cellar with something unique - we try to ensure everyone enjoys our tour.

What‘s Included
Included is a fabulous sit-down chef prepared vineyard lunch of local gourmet delights as part of this tour. The views are spectacular as well. Dietaries catered for.
Our Cellar to Your Cellar Wine Courier Service. We send your wine purchases home (for a small fee)
All Wine Tasting Fees (4 stops) are included for each stop
We pick-up from a convenient downtown location and provide direct drop-off to central Hobart accommodation at the end of the day.
We provide all our guests with complimentary chilled bottled water
At our cheesemaker stop you can try around 6-8 different cheeses and pick up some great snacks to nibble on throughout the day.
Our vehicles are new luxury Mercedes mini-buses providing the ultimate in comfort for small group tours.

5.00What a great winery tour that was extremely relaxing . We never felt rushed and a great selection of wineries were visited. We had a lovely lunch and Ben was a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. Highly recommend this tour and the company of Aging Barrel Tours.

5.00This was easily one of the best wine tours I’ve ever experienced. Louise and Jens were incredible hosts, guiding us through a selection of outstanding wineries. What made it truly special was being introduced to the wines by the vineyard owners themselves—it added such a personal and memorable touch. If you’re planning a trip to Hobart, this is an absolute must-do. A perfect 10/10!

5.00Good selection of wineries and cheese place was quite good. Most wines were quite nice. Only down side 3rd winery we went to the person doing tasting didn’t drink wine and matched them with lollies. Tour guide Ben was really good also offering information about the wineries and area. Would recommend to others Looking for a wine tour.

5.00What a fabulous wine tour! We have done many across Australia and overseas but this was definitely a stand out! Garren, our super guide and driver, was outstandingly knowledgeable and friendly. Great choice of wineries. High end, immaculate vehicle - extremely comfortable - made the day more enjoyable. Lovely small group. Highly recommend - don’t miss this tour!!!

5.00We had a fabulous day with Ageing Barrels recently. Everything was great. The bus was very modern and we had a small 8 person tour group. Couldn't have asked for a better tour guide than Ben. He was so helpful and informative about all our stops and Tasmania in general while on the drive. We highly recommend this tour.
