5.00Undoubtedly one of the highlights of my trip. Our guide was Rachel who gave a witty and insightful glimpse into the world , the extraordinary world of the great writer, scholar, neuroscientist and philosopher CM. The vibe was so strong in the house that is was though CM was guiding us herself. Every corner, every room filled with her spirit. Thank you Rachel and the entire tour group for providing such an unforgettable experience.

5.00We did seven Bounti tours and they are all fantastic. The guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. The office folks were also very helpful and efficient. They made sure that everything went smoothly and made our holiday special.

2.00Overpriced for a very underwhelming experience. Guide was less than enthusiastic. Tour could have been reduced to one hour. Time wasted in fernery discussing global warming; totally irrelevant and just “fill-in” to make up the advertised time slot. Group size was comfortable but tour proved that money and talent do not buy good taste.

5.00As an avid reader of Colleen McCullough's books I found her home fascinating. So many beautiful art pieces, the outside of the home belies what is inside. It was a shame we couldn't take photos but as a home still lived in, I understand.

5.00I finally got to this incredible home of Colleen & Ric, and I was so surprised at the collection of artwork,wallpaper & glassware and not to mention the chandeliers. Would've loved a stroll through the garden with a glass of sparkling to celebrate her life & her writing.

5.00Expecting a house that is calm and conducive to writing, I was rendered speechless from entering the front door. From the priceless art to the wild wallpaper and chair coverings we were given an insight into the colourful and creative world of "Col". I haven't stopped talking about it and won't for sometime. The tour was worth every bit of $63. Thank you Rebecca for the tour.

5.00Fascinating insight into this world renowned author. The tree lined entrance to the property is stunning. There are multiple dwellings on the land. The house itself looks quite simple from the outside (like many Norfolk Island homes) but inside is nothing you would regard as simple! It’s lavish, over the top, and eclectic - all the things you want to see when visiting an authors home. Rebecca was a great guide & did tell some funny stories. I would have liked to explore the grounds more.

4.00A real eye openner, and not to be missed. Old homestead with rich history of famous writer who was not afraid to spend money lavishing her house with historic artifacts and artworks from all over the world. Guide who worked with author had great stories to tell about famous people in film and politics who had visited the author, and authors role in promoting Norfolk Island
