What To Expect

Cai Rang Floating Market

In the early morning at 06.00, you will meet the local guide and start a boat trip from Mekong Rustic Can Tho wharf. Cruise through Rach Chuoi - a beautiful small canals to observe the daily life of local people who live mostly based on the river source during the sunrise. The small boat takes you to Cai Rang floating market – the biggest wholesale tropical fruits in Mekong Delta. You can buy some fresh fruits and engage in conversation with them. After experiencing the floating market, you will visit a local family who have made noodles (“hủ tiếu”) by hands during 3 generations. You are able to learn how to make noodles by their guidance.. Leave the noodle house, keep cruising on the river back to Mekong Rustic Can Tho.
