The colosseum currently guarantees special access to the arena floor which is off limits to the general public. The arena area is where the gladiator fights took place and also gives you the closest view of the underground area possible
Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

Colosseum
Begin your tour entering the Colosseum, the world's most famous arena. Right away you will see the benefits of a TRULY small group of ONLY 6 people max, guaranteed. 5.00We did 3 separate tours with liv tours in Rome. We did 7 other tours in Florence, Siena, Venice before this leg of the trip. Liv tours seems to have a whole different t caliber of tour guides. Engaged, knowledgeable, accommodating… they are just great. Our Colusseum tour with LUCA was top notch. Luca is an archaeologist by trade and has done work on the site so high enthusiasm and knowledge was unmatched. In addition, he found all the shady spots, the good picture spots and we felt “special” (although we weren’t!) I highly recommend Luca and Liv Tours

5.00Fabricio was awesome! He was so knowledgable about the Colosseum and all of its history; it was like we could imagine the gladiators & animals fighting! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and I’m taking my son back in June! Palatine Hill and the Roman forum are special as well!!

Giulia was knowledgeable, informative, kind, and took the time to answer all our questions. She explained everything so well that I was able to envision everything she was talking about and describing. I enjoyed the photos that Giulia shared with us on her iPad so that we could envision what the colors of the Colosseum and Roman Forum were when they were first created, and that they were originally vibrant, painted monuments, not the plain white marble we see today.
