The colosseum currently guarantees special access to the arena floor which is off limits to the general public. The arena area is where the gladiator fights took place and also gives you the closest view of the underground area possible
Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Remember to bring a valid photo ID for each passenger

Having a small group of 4 was the best, we could ask questions and engage with each other easily. And we made new friends we found later in Florence as well.

5.00This was THE best way to experience the Colosseum. Laura Sensi was an amazing tour guide who was bright and funny and very helpful. She had so much information to share. You can tell she truly loves her job! Definitely worth it to be in the Colosseum first, before the crowds. Such an amazing experience, great for me as a solo traveler. 10/10, no notes!
