With exclusive access you will enter the Colosseum through the Gladiator’s Gate, walking directly onto the arena floor. Experience the grandeur of the arena from a unique perspective, as you stand where the gladiators once stood, when they walked out to the sounds of thousands of yelling spectators.
Your licensed tour guide will bring to life the exciting and shocking events that took place where you now stand. Enjoy an up-close view of the underground chambers exposed below, wander through the vast corridors, and climb the ancient stone stairs of this magnificent amphitheater, as you learn of its rich history.

Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the tour
• Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or late arrivals. If you are late to the meeting point, you will not be able to join your tour.
• Toilets are limited, use the toilet before arriving for the tour. (Breaks made when possible)
• No weapons (pocket knives), glass bottles or large backpacks
• Tours will run rain or shine (unless closed for safety reasons)
There are mandatory security checks al all entry points to the sites. The wait time time for the security check can be considerable during peak times/seasons and has nothing to do with the ticket line
The names provided at the time of the booking cannot be changed.

5.00Lumi was a fabulous tour guide. Her love for the city shone through the whole experience. Her insightful stories were incredible. She has a great way with words and kept us laughing the whole way through. This is a wonderful experience if you want to get a great history of Rome and everything that goes along with Rome.

1.00You schedule a time for the tour upon booking but be prepared to have 2+ changes to that time. I originally booked at 9:15, within a couple days they changed it to 10am. I then made my travel arrangements for 10am. Turns out less than 24 hours before the tour they changed it to 9:30am. They asked to confirm this new time change. Due to lack of servive/travel plans, I only saw that message a couple hours before the tour and messaged back to let them know that I would not be able to make the last minute change. They have completely ignored my messages and taken my money. I even offered to receive just the ticket without the tour but they have not replied to any of my messages despite being online in the whatsapp account. Dont trust this company, what is the point of booking a timeslot if its only going to be changed on you multiple times. They will take your money and not answer you. Very unprofessional.

4.00Not enough time for the Colosseum, felt rushed, did not get to see all areas of it. Other people also said the same. The guide was nice, but the no-flag-on-a-stick again felt rushed Definitely recommend a guided tour, but perhaps don't do two or three sites in the same day. Two and a half hours is not nearly enough

3.00A little too much about bricks and not enough stories. Also, even though this was supposed to be an English/speaking tour, our guide insisted on giving us the Italian pronunciation of everything.

1.00Our trip was cancelled the day before by Show me Italy. The messsage we got claimed that the Colosseum administration recently limited access and canceled several tours in order to prevent overcrowding and ensure a safer, more comfortable experience. Instead we bought tickets directly from the ticket office, did the tour independently and listened to the free online tour guide app.

5.00Do it. Guide was outstanding. Without him, you’re walking around looking at stone and marble. He was a fountain of knowledge and very passionate about the subject matter. The man in the hat (in photo) was our guide. He is from “Show ME Italy”. Our tour was reference #1364085333 and our tour was in 2-20-26 at 12:30. Look him up! I cannot recall his name but he was educated in Roman history at University and he IS Roma. Great guy, fun tour. The colosseum is bonkers!
