With exclusive access you will enter the Colosseum through the Gladiator’s Gate, walking directly onto the arena floor. Experience the grandeur of the arena from a unique perspective, as you stand where the gladiators once stood, when they walked out to the sounds of thousands of yelling spectators.
Your licensed tour guide will bring to life the exciting and shocking events that took place where you now stand. Enjoy an up-close view of the underground chambers exposed below, wander through the vast corridors, and climb the ancient stone stairs of this magnificent amphitheater, as you learn of its rich history.

Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the tour
• Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or late arrivals. If you are late to the meeting point, you will not be able to join your tour.
• Toilets are limited, use the toilet before arriving for the tour. (Breaks made when possible)
• No weapons (pocket knives), glass bottles or large backpacks
• Tours will run rain or shine (unless closed for safety reasons)
There are mandatory security checks al all entry points to the sites. The wait time time for the security check can be considerable during peak times/seasons and has nothing to do with the ticket line
The names provided at the time of the booking cannot be changed.

4.00This tour will make you feel the history of ancient Rome with our tour guide filling in all the gaps, the collosium is truly breathtaking and the old city of Rome is astonishing. Our guide couldn't do enough to help us all enjoy the tour. One thing I would like to stress is you will need your passport or photo ID to get in it dose state this on the tour paperwork witch we didn't notice but managed to get the hotel to what's app the info over to us.

3.00Very extensive tour but our Italian guide, who spoke English, also spoke very fast and was difficult to understand. A lot of the group, not just ours, took their earpieces out.

2.00tour guide was very rude and uncooperative my wife was refused entry to the colosseum due to ticketing issue's which they had issued !! the guide didnt even want to try to remedy she simply said in front of everyone ha you will not be able to gain access she did not even try to help at all leaving my wife outside while me and my daughter went in, then during the tour she did not converse with us at all we left early which put a dampner on the tour very poor

5.00Our tour today with P was so wonderful! She was so energetic and passionate about sharing history and reminding us to imagine what it would have been like during the ancient Roman times. We learned so much and made it such an enjoyable time learning history of the Colosseum, Palantine Hill and the Roman forum. It was a great experience and one we will not forget! Grazie!
