With exclusive access you will enter the Colosseum through the Gladiator’s Gate, walking directly onto the arena floor. Experience the grandeur of the arena from a unique perspective, as you stand where the gladiators once stood, when they walked out to the sounds of thousands of yelling spectators.
Your licensed tour guide will bring to life the exciting and shocking events that took place where you now stand. Enjoy an up-close view of the underground chambers exposed below, wander through the vast corridors, and climb the ancient stone stairs of this magnificent amphitheater, as you learn of its rich history.

• Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or late arrivals. If you are late to the meeting point, you will not be able to join your tour.
• Toilets are limited, use the toilet before arriving for the tour. (Breaks made when possible)
• No weapons (pocket knives), glass bottles or large backpacks
• Tours will run rain or shine (unless closed for safety reasons)
There are mandatory security checks al all entry points to the sites. The wait time time for the security check can be considerable during peak times/seasons and has nothing to do with the ticket line

5.00Samantha was a great tour guide! All 3 venues were immaculate to see especially the Coliseum. A must if you’re in Rome. Ignore it being “touristy” and don’t miss it. It’s incredible.

5.005 star only because Magda (our guide) was wonderful. However, prior to the tour our tour time changed originally at 10 am and then to 3 pm. We were notified the day prior. I messaged to confirm the change through the booking site, but didn’t hear back. I then received a message for start time of 3:30 pm, but to arrive 20 minutes early. I got a call at 3 pm that the guide was waiting for us, luckily we were in the area only a minute from the meeting point, but when we got there they said she had already started the tour and we could skip the first half and wait for her at the last part. I had called to speak to someone and showed the message to the person at the meeting spot who took a picture of it and sent it to someone else. It was very chaotic, but thankfully Magda waited for us to get through security for the start of the tour. She was wonderful and very informative.

5.00Comfortable footwear is a must and if you have issues with hips knees or legs then this is not for you. Saying that our tour guide was witty and very knowledgeable giving an amazing experience, do your homework first though.
