This was one of the best tours we experienced over our entire 2 weeks in Canada. Tom and Nate were amazing guides - they were extremely knowledgeable and you can tell they are passionate and interested in what they’re doing. They were also great to chat to on a one on one basis and had answers for every possible questions. The glacier is a one of a kind experience that I’ll never forget.

The day was rainy but our guides made the most of it for an enjoyable time. Nate and Grace did a wonderful job sharing information and stories about Banff and Jasper and the other places. It was a great time at the skywalk and the glacier. Dress accordingly to enjoy the whole experience. Definitely a fun experience for all.

I like all the attractions on this tour (i.e. Lake Louise, Skywalk, Columbia Icefield, etc...), and I like that it all fits comfortably into one day. Also, the buffet lunch is very good. The bus driver (Noland) and tour guide (Ciarin) provided excellent instructions, so we always knew how long we had to see a particular attraction, how to get back to the bus, what the bus number was, etc... The only exception was a group of two ladies that only spoke Mandarin, and nobody knew it until they missed lunch. But, Noland made a special effort to get them lunch shortly afterwards, and another passenger interpreted for them after that, which I thought was fantastic. Also, we enjoyed meeting some of the other people on the tour. Noland and Ciarin also told some stories during the bus ride, which was quite enjoyable, and the only recommendation I have is for them to do a little more of that. The bus ride is more than 100 km each way, so there is plenty of time to hear more about either the local history, the geology, the plants and animals, etc...
