Norther was an amazing guide. She has a wealth of knowledge. We learned so much about the waterfalls, volcanoes, trees, rivers and the city of Portland. The van was clean and comfortable. Water was provided and Norther even had phone charging cords. Although I loved everything, I think my favorite waterfall was Shepperd’s Dell. It’s a place that you might just drive by if you didn’t have the benefit of a guide. It’s a smaller falls but easily accessible. It didn’t have big crowds when we went so it felt almost like a private moment. There was something about the way this water cascaded that I found very satisfying and calming. I highly recommend this tour. It was the perfect way to start our visit to Portland!

Andy was the best tour guide! He is a manager that filled in for a guide. I am glad that he was the filler because we had an excellent experience. He was very knowledgeable and there were no dull moments. I learned so much on this tour. The destinations were beautiful and I have great pictures and memories. I highly recommend this tour and I recommend requesting Andy to come out of the office.

Informative tour guide and considerate itinerary. We saw several waterfalls and checked out Mt. Hood.

This was an amazing experience. The waterfalls were breathtaking. Nichole was a great guide. Several of us had been on the coastal tour the day before so that was fun to get to spend time with them again. The coastal tour was more strenuous than this one. We thought it would be the opposite. Nichole even allowed us to make a stop that someone suggested and that was cool. Highly recommend!

The tour guide didn’t over the lively and inviting experience that was advertised. At the end of the tour we were strong armed into tipping, he did not allow us to leave until we gave him 30 dollars

Definitely not a luxury vehicle, not enough leg room. The sound was not good, the one speakers at the back was not working. The air was blowing out of one vent at the back instead or two. The tour guy on the whole was fair only he made 9 of us wait 10 min for a customer, and assumed we would be okay with it, which we where not. He then informed us, he was going to collect her at her home which he did . making our tour begin 35 min late. On the way home. a 2 hr plus drive, in peak traffic, he wouldn't stop for a rest room break even though it was requested. Totally unacceptable!

No need for any hiking gear/shoes; just comfortable layers for cooler morning stops and sun protection. Friendly tour guides knowledgeably answered questions without forcing factoids down your throat. Comfortable van, plenty of restroom breaks, beautiful views, cold water, smooth trip all around.

This was an excellent tour. Mark, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable and told fun and interesting facts throughout the day. Mount Hood was covered with clouds much of the day. He went out of his way to find the best views for us. At lunch he drove by different places, making recommendations. He worked hard to make sure everyone enjoyed the tour.
