Firstly you will reach Como where you will have free time to take photos of this charming city and discover the Medieval city center.
Once in Tremezzo, you will begin an Exclusive Boat Cruise to Bellagio, called the “pearl of Lake Como”, thanks to our unlimited high-speed wifi you can make your video call in the middle of the lake!
During the 1-hour panoramic cruise, take your time to look around and see the harmony between nature and architecture. Drift past villas with their beauteous gardens amongst untouched nature.
Once in Bellagio enjoy some free time to soak up the laid-back atmosphere of this idyllic and relaxing place and to have lunch.
Your last stop will be the lake town of Lugano in Switzerland, where you will have free time to visit the city center and taste Swiss Chocolate.

For non-European citizens PASSPORT IS MANDATORY to enter Swiss territory while for European citizens is ok the ID card. Each document must be in original (no photo).
In Lugano, most stores are closed on Sundays and some might be closed on holydays
For safety reasons, due to bad weather or a water level that is too high in the lake, public navigation will be used instead of the exclusive boat
We are not responsible for valuables left on the bus
Please note that purchases over € 300 made in Switzerland require a customs stop for VAT refunds. As our tour does not include this stop, we kindly ask you to avoid purchases exceeding this amount during your free time in Lugano. We cannot be held responsible for any customs issues if this rule is not followed.
In case of late arrival at the meeting point and missed tour departure, NO REFUND will be possible.
Please be informed that in case of any road closures, the route may be reversed
Should we reach the required number of participants for a single group, the tour will operate in a single language rather than bilingually

3.00I would have loved to have given the tour 5-stars. Unfortunately we were unable to utilize the boat trip, or visit Bellagio as a result, due to the high winds/very choppy water. Whilst I understand such decisions are out of the tour operator’s hands, being stuck on a coach for over 6hrs and not being able to experience two of the main reasons we selected this tour is extremely disappointing. Given we paid over $330AUD for the two of us to enjoy this once in a lifetime experience, I feel the operator could have at least offered a partial refund. Visiting an additional lakeside town and being stuck there for two hours for ‘lunch’ was not something we would have selected had we really been given an option. The he news of no boat cruise & no Bellagio visit was delivered when departing Lake Como and at a point in which no travellers were given a true option being an hour’s drive outside of Milan. Our tour guide & driver are to be commended for the good job they each did today delivering us safely (and keeping the American frat boy party in check for the rest of the tour group’s comfort).

5.00A great tour at a fair price, with a very pleasant guide, Andrea. He shared lots of interesting facts along the way. We had a small group that day, but everything went smoothly and in a pleasant atmosphere. It was an amazing day; the entire tour lasted nine hours. Thank you so much, we had a great time. 5.00Andrea was AMAZING! I had the best time in Lugano and Bellagio, but it wouldn’t have been the same without Andrea. Bellagio pizza and cocktails were amazing and the views in Lugano were amazing and perfect amount of time in both places. Learnt really engaging history from Andrea too. 100%recommend

4.00It is important to know that the meeting points have several buses to the same destination and from the same company. Viator does not give the bus number or the guide name. So come early and stay alert. Guides arrive very close to the time of departure. Drivers who arrive early don't know how to inform or control the passengers.
