5.00Mariolina was incredibly gracious, she checked in with us a day prior. We were very lucky to be her only 2 students. It was an unforgettable experience, she was very patient and an exceptional hostess. We had yummy appetizers that she prepared for us. The pasta making was informative, I've made it at home prior to the class, however I quickly realized I was making it to thick and her folding method helped so much to keep the sheets even. The best part really was spending some time with this lovely woman, so full of personality, great stories and the ultimate hostess. She sets a gorgeous table and is creatively very talented. We got beautiful keepsakes and the pasta we made qas delicious. We ven got to keep the tiramisu to go. This class was a very good value for the experience and if you are choosing between classes, I highly recommend Mariolina's. Plus her town is gorgeous, by the sea

5.00Mariolina is a lovely woman with a lot of energy and making you feel at home. First we made the best tiramisu and then the dough for the pasta. When the dough is resting, Mariolina had made some wonderful things to eat and also a glass of prosecco we enjoyed each others company. Than it was time to make the tagliatelle, ravioli and tortellini. Mariolina is a great teacher! After that is all done we also eat the pasta with some local wine. And we finished it of with the tiramisu and some home made limoncello! We had such a wonderful day with a lot of fun and we will remember it. If you are in the area of Desenzano go and do this workshop!! Thank you Mariolina 🥰

5.00The host showed us the amazing and authentic cuisine of Italy. We had great appetizers, food and a lot of fun. The experience was very plesant and we learned a lot about the food culture. Mariolina is simply great as a teacher and host. We would absolutely recommend it!
