You don't need to rent a car or book a private transfer, you will enjoy this experience directly in your home.

What To Expect
You can learn how to cook your favorite Italian dishes from a professional instructor in the relaxed atmosphere of your rental home. You will choose the menù and I will bring all the ingredients and the necessary tools. After the lesson you will enjoy the meal accompanied with wine. My work will end after the kitchen clean up

5.00Our time with Antonella exceeded our expectations in every way. She was lovely, her instructions were easy to follow, she brought EVERYTHING with her except for the pots and stove/oven, and the food was delicious. If you have the opportunity to cook with Antonella, do it!

5.00Antonella's cooking class was a highlight of our Tuscan trip. She brought the freshest of ingredients, including hand-picking the zucchini blossoms at the market for us to stuff. And in true Italian style, taught us to fry up those too fragile to stuff. She balanced instruction with fun, all topped with chocolate and hazelnuts! And the highest praise, we were able to recreate the recipes at home. Great teacher, fun class. We highly recommend Antonella La Maccia's cooking classes.

5.00Antonella is an amazing chef. She cooked for 9 adults and 2 children in our villa just outside Florence for my husband’s 40th and the food and wine was sensational everyone was raving about it. The next day Antonella and Riccardo came back for a private cooking class and again the food was simply beautiful we all had a fantastic experience. Thank you Antonella and Riccardo what a joy x

You were an absolute joy to work with, especially from across the ocean. You made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free, and you genuinely inspired me to dive deeper into Italian cooking. It was such a meaningful and fun way to immerse ourselves in the culture. To anyone considering this experience—don’t hesitate! Antonella and her amazing sous chef (also her husband) were incredible. They arrived at our villa with everything prepared, guided our group of 11 with patience and warmth, served both participants and non-participants with care, and left the kitchen spotless. It was beyond impressive and truly special!

5.00Chef Antonella was great! We were staying at a villa in Florence with my in-laws. I scheduled a cooking class since my mother in-law has never taken one. We both had a great time and learned a number of great techniques and dishes that we will make again. The food was amazing and the instruction top notch.

5.00Wow, even more amazing than expected. The food was delicious and Antonella was so thoughtful throughout the class. We booked a cooking class in our vacation house with a total of 20 people. 7 kids and 13 adults, big group but plenty for everyone to do and everyone had their own pasta making station for the best raviolis I have ever had! The 3 course meals were so delicious. The kids ages were mostly 7-12. Unforgettable and I am so glad we booked with Antonella, would do it again if we come back! She was great to communicate with and we added some more people with only a week’s notice. Thank you for experience!

5.00My family and I had the best time cooking with Antonella and her husband, Riccardo! They are so friendly and knowledgeable - We all learned so much. The ingredients were so fresh and the resulting food was absolutely incredible! They paired the meal with a white and red wine which was such a nice touch! Highly recommend!

5.00We had a wonderful time learning to cook an Italian 3 course dinner with Antonella. Her personality and demeanor is lovely and her instructions are clear and easy to follow. She taught me, my husband and our 11 year-old how to make bolognese sauce from scratch, homemade pasta to go along with it, a delicious spinach stuffed chicken breast in an addictive lemon wine sauce and homemade tiramisu for dessert. She went above and beyond to make the experience memorable for our son. She took the time to teach him how to chop vegetables properly and how to knead the pasta dough and roll it out properly. It was the highlight of our trip and one we will always remember. We will definitely book another cooking class with when we return to Tuscany. Her class far exceeded our expectations and I look forward to sharing her recipes with our friends and family at my next dinner party.
