As far as we are concerned, we are one of the only certified place in Tirana and all of Albania that offers a certified and standardized traditional Albanian cooking class. Guests will be able to receive a hands-on experience having fun preparing and eating traditional Albanian cuisine!

What To Expect
*MINIMUM 8 PARTICIPANTS!* Visitors will be given a hands-on experience into traditional Albanian cuisine. We will bring you back to our roots through a unique learning experience of our ancient culinary customs both in theory and practice! 'Master Chef' Sokol Prenga has created a unique setting and menu which allows one to get in depth into the history and journey of Albanian culinary culture from its' origins to its modern day form. Our traditional cooking classes will take about 4-5 hours, where we will take you step by step through all aspects of Albanian cuisine-appetizers, main dishes, desserts and spirits!

5.00We went with 13 friends on a trip to Albania and got to experience a taste of the traditional Albanian cuisine and all the backstories of how the cuisine came to be! Sokol is an excellent chef and is very knowledgeable about the heritage of all the ingredients and tries to emphasize originality and the tradition of the Albanian people and their exciting history! I would recommend not only the Albanian culinary experience but the country as well because it is absolutely stunning and you have to see it for yourself!

5.00This year, we spent our office trip in Albania. On the recommendation of a travel agency, we took a cooking class with Sokol. A very pleasant man. We immediately felt at home. Full of passion, he taught us traditional Albanian cuisine. Sokol prepared everything meticulously and taught us many tips and tricks. What an experience. 5.00Magnificent place with beautiful cuisine, congratulations on the innovative format and concept. Sokol is very good at both cooking and explaining and making you participate in what he is doing explaining Albanian philosophy and traditions, with many historical cultural hints! 5.00Amazing journey through Albanian cuisine over the centuries. With a group of 13 friends and we left the building in a group of 20 friends. Unforgettable experience with the best host and chef Sokol and of course the rest of his team. What a hospitality! Rustique and pure foods, amazing flavours, history, love and great storys. 5.00Smiles, laughs and cheers and night. Everything comes together for an amazing Albanian evening. Sokol and his team guided us through a delicious menu and journey through the tastes of Albanina. Even our group of 20 people felt great in the in the space. The mix between socialising, cooking and enjoying the final result accompanied by a steady flow of wine made the evening.
