Stops are easy to find and routes are easy to follow

Not sure why people are unhappy. This was easy to find and navigate. We road 3 lines and enjoyed an overview of Copenhagen. They offer headphones and have more than 10 languages. Recommend!

No app. No map of pickup areas. Mother ship did not answer the phone in English and we could not communicate. Bus Driver from competition gave us a ride to their infrequent stops. The package they sold us at a premium was not honored by various events.

We had the classic hop on, hop off tour, and in addition the purple and green tour and the classic boat trip. and I will recommend all the tours! The staff is nice, the routes are interesting and the most important thing for me is the quality of the sound and information from the headphhones, - and that was super. I have taken so many hop on, hop off tours where the sound has been not working very well. But here it was fantastic! Also, the young lady who was the guide on the boat was excellent!

Company sent a hop on hop off bus to port. Driver advised us another bus would pick us up. Waited 50 minutes. Bus driver took us to Little Mermaid where we were picked up. Bus went back to port. Left 1 hr late. Missed changing of guards. Worst experience we have had with Viator.

Excellent pick up and return from/to Ocean Quay terminal 3, right outside our cruise ship terminal. The Viator/Stroma mobile ticket worked perfectly. All drivers and staff were very nice and helpful. The included 1.5 hr Canal cruise was excellent. Copenhagen is a gem.

Buses run every 1/2 hour. Not too busy this time of year (early April). There are 3 routes. The bus drivers were nice and helpful. Waited extra time so we could get something from the store. Good experience.

Excellent tour guide on the bus. And to combine the canal trip was great. Very informative and a lovely guide.

The bus was less informative than other similar tours in other cities. There was a lot of down time on the recording - it could be added to, Im sure there is more to the history than was mentioned. To find the stops, I had to call the number because the booking info wasn’t very robust. Stromma.com has the live-time map and location of the bus locations too. The canal tour was good - the tour guide was fun, although the whole tour was fairly short and not over a large distance like the Helsinki tours. You’ll want to book a reserved time for that at the ticket booth near the dock.
