1.00Horrible customer service. Canal cruise changed times and departure dock twice and didn’t notify those of us waiting a the initial dock. When asked the reply was “well you can submit a complaint “. Totally unacceptable.

5.00Just the right length of time on the cruise in our open top boat and the guide was full of interesting facts and details about the city. Lovely to enjoy the sights from the water, sitting down. It introduced us to places we thought we would like to go on foot and explore in more detail. Would highly recommend. Thank you

5.00Mechanical issues prevented us from taking the 10:00 but there was as no issue in boarding the 10:30. Tour was in very pleasant weather, the commentary in English, the coxswain skilful and the guides friendly and informative. What’s not like? 😀

5.00Lovely boat trip along the canal, very informative, just long enough to see all the sights. Clever window system, as it was mixed weather on the day, so was able to get good views, plus stay warm & dry.
