me & my partner really enjoyed this boat tour, it was nice having live commentary, i cant remember the guide’s name but he spoke loud and clearly so you could hear really well! the sights were beautiful to see and we really enjoyed learning more about Copenhagen and the waters were calm so made for an enjoyable experience

Excellent brief boat ride through the canals. May not be appreciated by young children. Excellent captain and narrator!

Typical canal ride. Recorded audio rather than a guide speaking Good overall insight into the layout of the city

Great start to discover the city. Audio quality of the headset could be better.

My wife and I have done this tour before and loved it so we thought I should take the granddaughters. This is a great way to get to know Copenhagen. The tour operators emphasized safety and were very professional.

This was our worst experience during our Copenhagen trip. Neither my, nor my daughter's headset worked. We indicated this to the tour guide, who gave us another headset to try, which did not work either. She made no other attempt to rectify the situation. The boat was full, changing seats was not an option. So we did the 'guided' tour without any guidance. After the tour I went to talk to her, she said 'yes, we know those seats don't work' and told me to go to the main ticket booth to get a refund. At the ticket booth, the young staff member first told me he has no proof that my claim is valid/correct. I insisted that he call the tourguide of the boat, who confirmed my experience. After taking my contact information, he and another staff member told me that they could not provide a refund and gave me a business card to the main office. I have not heard back from the main office either. I can only suggest that you avoid this boat tour.

To do, you see the city in a different way and its magnificent monuments.

This is a quick, yet comprehensive canal tour highlighting areas of Copenhagen for new and returning tourists. The price point is excellent. There were a lot of people on the flat bottom boat, but we each had headphones to listen to the commentary in our own language. We saw the main sights and went under at least a dozen bridges. This is a Must-Do for anyone visiting Copenhagen for the first time!
