5.00Absolutely amazing customer service! Great information and our tour guide was Xiomara. Everything felt very well paced and it was plenty of time to walk around. We want around and someone in our group had hurt themselves and the team was very quick to make sure that she was taken care of even going out of their way to buy her new shoes. Absolutely amazing experience. If I do this itinerary again I will definitely rebook again with CM tours.

5.00Overall I enjoyed this excursion. The ride to this excursion it was very informative. There were 2 issues which I think some people may have issues with: 1) the trip to the site is far from the port. The guide tries to make the best of this by driving fast but it is kind of a frightening ride for the 35 minutes of bumpy roads to get there. 2) part of the tour involves a climb up steep stairs that could be moderately intense especially for elderly travelers. But overall I still give it 5 stars

5.00This was our first cruise and trip to Costa Maya. There were so many options to choose from for the Myan Ruins and I'm so happy we chose this one. Siomara was our guide and she was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about the ruins and the culture and history of Costa Maya. She was very friendly and patient with our group and even stopped at a pineapple stand on the way back for us to try some delicious local pineapple. Another thing that was also great for us was that our total group was small, maybe 12 people total. That allowed us to enjoy the tour without feeling lost in a crowd of tour bus groups! Overall, if we went back, I would choose them all over again! It was a perfect first experience.

5.00Great day off the RC ship in Costa Maya! We had a big group and we were accommodated with two vans. Octavio and his female co-worker (can’t remember name as she was in other van - and they loved her!) were super knowledgeable about the ruins. Our group learned a lot and even stopped for some tacos and fruit on the way back to the ship. Smooth day - very satisfied!
