First day of Cozy Bay Cruise Itinerary: Photo shooting, Sung Sot (Amazing or Surprising) Cave, Titop Island, Sunset Party, Cooking Class, Squid Fishing, Puzzle game or Singing Karaoke, overnight on boat 8h00: Tour guide of Cozy Bay Cruise will pick you up at your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter. 8h45: We complete the pick-up point then go to Halong Bay by Expressway 10h15: Have a short break on half way for 20 minutes to relax.

5.00Cozy cruises and our guide Bang were great. We had a small group, being low season, on a comfy older style boat and great food and drinks. Bang gave great commentary about the Halong Bay Area and we learnt a lot. Bang accommodated for a multi-lingual and varying levels of fitness (for some of the longer walks/tours) group. Thanks Bang and Cozy cruises.

2.00Ha Long Bay is absolutely stunning and definitely worth visiting! The cruise however had a lot to improve. On the bus ride there, they make two stops. The first one makes sense, it’s just a short bathroom break, but then 10 minutes before arrival, they stop again for 40 minutes, claiming that the bus driver needs to rest and he can’t make it 10 more minutes to the harbor. They stop at these typical places where they trap tourists so they end up spending money. After the cruise, on the bus ride back, it’s the same thing. The cruise ship was ok and the cabins were really nice. Watching the sunset was one of the best experiences! The food on the trip was not good. It started out with a decent lunch, but everything after that was below mediocre. The guide was a bit pushy and annoying. He kept insisting on group photos and begged for good reviews. My guess is that most cruises are similar to this one, but I still expected more.

5.00We had an excellent experience—everything was beautifully coordinated, organized, and thoughtfully planned down to the smallest detail. We traveled as a family with our 11-year-old son, and it was perfect for all of us.The guide was attentive and made sure everyone felt included, which we really appreciated. The cruise itself was spotless, the food was very good, and the crew was consistently friendly and attentive.We absolutely loved the caves and the surrounding scenery—it was truly breathtaking. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend!
