Cradle Mountain Visitor Centre
After approximately 2 hours coach touring from Launceston through the lush landscape and rolling farmland of Sheffield and the North West Coast we arrive at the Cradle Mountain Visitor Centre. Located on the park boundary, enjoy the interpretive displays, park information, up to date weather information and learn everything there is to know about this stunning alpine area. The Centre also has toilet facilities, a gift shop, cafe and takeaway and is known for it's friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful native gardens surround the Centre. Enjoy a short 5 minute walk to cascading waterfalls, known as the Enchanted Forest Walk.

5.00The Cradle Mountain Tour was absolutely fantastic — we enjoyed every moment of it. Steve was a wonderful guide, striking the perfect balance between being funny, helpful, and informative. We especially loved looking at the wombats. The scenery was breathtaking, and the whole experience felt both relaxing and adventurous. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. Would recommend for everyone who wants to see the Cradle Mountain.

4.00Great day out very informative & interesting but would have enjoyed more time at the cheese factory very rushed same for rangers but 15 to 20 mins including toilet break not enough time otherwise throughly enjoyed it
