Mandy is a fisherman DE his state and also a cook! Come and discover with him the Creole Mauritian cuisine over DE wood fire, its influences, its spices and realize under his leadership several typical recipes and finally, taste together what you have prepared to prolong the moment and get DE know more in a friendly atmosphere under the kiosk of a beach. A unique cooking class, in an idyllic and authentic environment, which will be remembered forever. A big thank you to Eric, Mandi and the children, who made a nice experience possible with their warmth and openness. We'll be raving about this divine food for a long time to come!

Mandy and Eric made the morning beautiful. The fish and the other side dishes we prepared over the wood fire were very delicious. You can also cook the dish well at home. Thanks again for the spice mix. The location right by the sea and under the open sky is an awesome thing.

The preparation of fish masala and farata and pumpkin with passion fruit juice and pineapple for dessert was simply unforgettable and a unique way to discover Mauritius. We really enjoyed the cooking experience with Eric, Mandy and Annabelle. It gave us a unique opportunity to learn about Creole culture, explore a traditional outdoor kitchen in a scenic setting and have a meal with local people we otherwise would not be able to meet. Highly recommend, especially for those who are staying in a resort and want a more genuine experience of Mauritius.

Eric and the whole team were super friendly and very welcoming. We were able to find out how to crush the spices to make Masala, roast and Farata, and the meals were great. Very friendly moment and nice and soothing setting.
