This was a very good experience if you want to learn about Namibia and get a brief overview of what is around Walvis Bay. The pick up at the cruise terminal was a little muddled as the guide we had been told to look out for wasn't the one we went with. We started off with another guide, changed and were then told we were doing a different tour. However, on a further check, this was rectified and we were really happy with the tour. Vincent is a wonderful young man who is passionate about his hometown and is a great ambassador for Namibia. We had a fabulous few hours and were very fortunate with our travelling companions. Thank you Vincent, and thank you too to Martina & John.

We had a great tour by Riann, a fabulous local guide who told us all.about the history of Swakopmund. We walked, talked, took pictures and soaked in as much as we could on our tour. Thank you Riann!

Warren was our guide and he was remarkable. Spoke perfect English answered every question, was very knowledgeable and professional. We saw all of the things mentioned on the tour. No pressure to rush. He was such a wonderful ambassador for his nation and his employer. Would book with him again in a heart beat.

We really enjoy our visit with Vicente. Nevertheless, it would be appreciated if the tour provides also a little free time in the city, 20 or 30 mn.

We had a great trip with Riaan who went the extra mile to make sure myself and my parents enjoyed our tour. We loved seeing the beautiful Art Nouveau buildings. His pride and enthusiasm for his home town were clear. We had a fabulous time and left with memories that will last a lifetime. The tour was very well organised. Riaan messaged the day before to introduce himself and picked us up straight from the cruise pier the morning of the tour. He was happy to give us extra time for shopping and to tailor the tour so my parents didn’t have to walk too far in one go.

The trip was a lot shorter than expected - only 2.5 hours. It would have been longer if we had paid extra to go into the museum or gone for a coffee etc but we expected the tour to be planned so that it took at least 4 hours. The guide was very good and provided a lot of information. There just wasn’t that much to see. Plus, he had another booking to get back to which meant we couldn’t have had much longer even if we had wanted it.

Highly recommend this trip ,Annis was a tremendous guide, very knowledgeable and informative. He made sure we enjoyed our trip, we had plenty of time for coffee and shopping for souvenirs as well as looking around the town and seeing the sights. Not having to Walvis Bay and Swakamund before we really enjoyed the day... I also would like to commend Viator for the communication they have provided for these trips that we have done ,with coping with all the changes from our itinerary. We really appreciate their understanding with all the changes
