1.0Unfortunately we were unable to dock and missed Picton port due to bad weather. We would like to know how we can get a refund for the tour that we were unable to do because of the weather situation.

5.0Better then expected - great service. We had a group of 10 from cruise and company owner ordered large buss to accommodate all of us. We were able to see what we wanted and test wine in 3 locations. We have enjoyed our tour and it is better organized then specified in some past reviews. You will NOT miss going back to your cruise - relax and enjoy

3.0On arrival at the bus we were greeted by a very professional young man who was so helpful and kind, the drivers of the bus were very knowledgeable about the area and were amazing. The disappointing part of this experience was the way the “boss” treated her staff. I was appalled by the way she spoke to the young man serving us and the way she spoke to our bus driver. Bully!

3.0This was an OK excursion but there were a few little kinks. The Buses we consistently late arriving at each winery and many of the wineries had closed the tastings for the day due to too many requests for the tastings. We did manage to get in two and the one at Rimapere was the best. The second, Allan Scott Winery was a unique experience due to their system of running the tastings (wine bottles were behind glass and had little spigots, you put in your wine card and picked how much wine you wanted in each pour) however, the wine was not as good as that at Rimapere. I was not aware that you could pre-book tastings at the various wineries and I think that would have been the thing to do in order to be able to enjoy more tasting.
