We are a locally owned and operated company and know much more about kangaroo Island than you will find in text books. We have been delighting cruise ship visitors with our wildlife tours since the port of Penneshaw was included in their itinerary (nobody has ever been left behind yet)! Our Wildlife Tour is a must see for all nature enthusiasts. Being local we use our insight to provide you with an unforgettable experience.

4.00Wildlife Park was awesome, especially the Birds of Prey. Seal beach had lots of seal and beautiful views. I recommend this tour if you can endure a total of 2.5 hours on the bus which wasn’t all that comfortable.

4.00Visiting the wildlife refuge and raptor domain were wonderful experiences. Being able to feed the Ka garoos and pet the Koalas made it special. Knowing that most of the animals and birds are rescues made it a special story. The stop at Seal Bay was a bit short. We had to make a quick stop at the Eucalyptus Distillery on the way due to a problem with the speaker system. So we didn't stop there on the return as we needed to get back in time to meet the ship.

5.00Excellent tour, highlighted by seeing wild kangaroos, our guide Frank did an excellent job of getting us around safely and quickly, even though we got a very late start due to some people not coming off the ship in a timely fashion. In fact, they never showed up and we waited around for over an hour.

5.00Excellent experience. I am handicapped and was able to communicate with Collin thru viator and he was more than accommodating. The tour is terrific. Feeding kangaroos and holding birds was almost the highlight. I think the baby sea-lion on the beach took top prize. Fish and chips highly recommended at our lunch stop. Definitely do this tour.

5.00Book with confidence. This company makes every effort to communicate effectively and honor their commitments. When our cruise tour had to be cancelled due to rough sea conditions and our ship's captain not being willing to operate tenders in those conditions, Kangaroo Island Tours & Bus Charters refunded the full payment without any hassle. I am sad that we did not get the opportunity to visit Kangaroo Island on this trip. In the future, if we are able to return, we will most definitely book a tour with this company.

5.00Unfortunately I was unable to go on this tour. High winds and brutal tide prevented tender runs to the shore However the service had been superior . We were picking me up at the pier and returning to the ship. Don't hesitate to book with them. I am disappointed I didn't met this exceptional men and women.

5.00Unfortunately the waves would not allow us to take the tenders to shore. We actually missed the tour. However, the tour company immediately requested a refund for us and it was processed right away. Although we missed the tour, that level of customer service deserves recognition!
