What To Expect

Cu Chi Tunnels

We depart Ho Chi Chi Minh City in the morning to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, known for its role in the anti-American resistance during the Vietnam War and now seen as a symbol of heroism. With over 220 km of underground tunnels, it's a popular tourist attraction for both Vietnamese and foreign visitors. The scenic route from Ho Chi Minh City to Cu Chi passes through the local countryside, offering sights such as ducks and buffalo along the river. Despite its tranquil appearance today, it's hard to imagine the destruction caused by bombing and mines in the past, when Cu Chi was designated as a "free target zone."

My Tho

After investigating the tunnels, we'll head to My Tho, a province in the Mekong Delta region. We'll embark on a boat ride along the upper Mekong and witness the Four Animal Islands named after creatures in Buddhist lore: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Turtle. On this portion of the tour, you'll get a glimpse of local Vietnamese life and how it is tied to the river. Later, we'll take you on a rowboat excursion through the narrow waterways, showcasing the fertile agriculture of the delta with its fruit orchards, coconut plantations, and beekeeping farms. During the tour, you'll have the opportunity to taste honey tea, seasonal fruits, fresh coconut candy, and enjoy southern Vietnamese folk music. Finally, we'll return to Ho Chi Minh City and drop you off at your hotel around 6:30 PM.

Our group was relativly young so it was a cool community with our TG, a chilled young Men Thx to Jr. Captain Bruno we get a good sight into the life/fight of the guerrillas in the tunnels and if you show interest he shares more of his knowledge. After we drove to the Mekong Delta (which takes a while because to the Luna-New-Year-Traffic) we hopped on a boot towards the Island and get some Honeytea, never tasted a sweet honey like this before. CB drove us deeper in the life and Culture of these Deltaresidents, showed us how a coconut were prosesed to sugarfree candys and let us even taste what we want. Afterwards our ear's enjoied traditional music to the taste of different fruits. It was a great experience and as Captain Bruno would say: (We) Enjoy Vietnam !

Mind-blowing experience with Captain Bruno. He made us feel one more, and even spoke a little Spanish. Just brutal took us to the Cu Xi Tunnels, then we went to a shooting range, tried your translation, walked through the mekong delta. We even enjoy an experience with traditional music Impressive everything. Bruno is a perfect guide

Great experience to learn about the history and witness some of the real places like Chi Chi Tunnels. Mekong Delta boat experience was amazing! Our guide Sam was great and very knowledgeable. He always had a smile on his face which made this day tour a lot enjoyable. He spoke good English and explained everything we needed to know in detail.
