What To Expect
Cu Chi Tunnels
Tour stars approximately at 7:30AM to 7:00PM - This full-day tour takes you from Ho Chi Minh city to two popular attractions: Cu Chi Tunnels, and the Mekong Delta. Around 7:30am. Get picked up from your hotel in the center of Ho Chi Minh city and head to Cu Chi Tunnels. After 1.5 hours ride, we arrive at the tunnels where you will get a chance to learn about the fascinating history and significance of the tunnels during the Vietnam War. You will have the opportunity to crawl distances of the tunnels, try your hand at the shooting range, and witness the intricate network of underground tunnels and traps that played a significant role in the war. After exploring the tunnels, we'll head to a local restaurant for lunch to try some of the delicious local Vietnamese cuisine (vegan food available).
My Tho
After lunch, we'll head to My Tho - the heart of the Mekong Delta region. You'll get a glimpse into the daily life of the locals as we take a boat ride down the Mekong River, where you can enjoy the picturesque scenery of the surrounding countryside. We will then take a sampan ride through the small waterways with coconut palms line both sides, where you can experience the rural lifestyle, stop by the bee house to enjoy some local fruits and honey tea, listen to a live local music performance performed by the villagers. We'll wrap up our day and head back to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon and be taken back to your hotel. This is a unique opportunity to experience some of the best Southern Vietnam has to offer, with a mix of history, culture, and natural beauty all in one day.

5.00We had an amazing experience visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta River! It was a perfect combination of history, culture, and beautiful scenery. The Cu Chi Tunnels were incredibly impressive and gave us a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s history. Walking through the tunnels and learning how people lived there was both fascinating and humbling. The Mekong Delta was completely different but equally enjoyable. A special thank you to our guide, Tom “Cruise”! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made the whole day fun and engaging. You can really tell he loves what he does. Highly recommend this tour, and if you get Tom “Cruise” as your guide, you’re in great hands!

1.00Catastrophic review (and it's not my kind 1st time and I've already done a lot of excursions.) Excursions lasting 13h interminable: of which 9h drive is the huge problem. You make 2 hours drive then arrive at cu chi duration 1h 30 min Then 3h30 drive , 2h on the delta to visit several islands then back again 3h30 (note that there were 1h of traffic jams and it is not their fault but even 8h drive for 4h of excursions no thanks ) We stopped at a lacquered frame factory visit to the running steps (20 to 30 minutes) and push us to buy as much as possible ... YOU DON'T WANT to buy good so we go and quickly (push by the guide non-stop), and it was like this all day (candy factory and other with coconut ).. or honey go look at the bees 2 minutes but hurry you fake buy now , at the tunnel of cu chi there are 1 shops and 1 museum corner (some showcases with weapons , bombs ).. no time to look have not been there for that! Will show you much more interesting stuff (and especially sell them to you!!) Terrible trips made to take as much money as possible, I don't understand the positive reviews (or they love to drive hours) However cu chi was interesting (but too short ) .. and the visits and the (small ) boat tour very nice and I do not forget the grandmothers who sing ( tips for the boat , tips for grandmothers) In short 9 hours drive to make only 4 hours of excursions (nice but not exceptional and far too pulled on the wallet change ) it is really not worth it ..A FUIR!!
