What To Expect
Cu Chi Tunnels
Tour stars approximately at 7:40AM to 6:45PM - This full-day tour takes you from Ho Chi Minh city to two popular attractions: Cu Chi Tunnels, and the Mekong Delta. Around 7:30am. Get picked up from your hotel in the center of Ho Chi Minh city and head to Cu Chi Tunnels. After 1.5 hours ride, we arrive at the tunnels where you will get a chance to learn about the fascinating history and significance of the tunnels during the Vietnam War. You will have the opportunity to crawl distances of the tunnels, try your hand at the shooting range, and witness the intricate network of underground tunnels and traps that played a significant role in the war. After exploring the tunnels, we'll head to a local restaurant for lunch to try some of the delicious local Vietnamese cuisine (vegan food available).
My Tho
After lunch, we'll head to My Tho - the heart of the Mekong Delta region. You'll get a glimpse into the daily life of the locals as we take a boat ride down the Mekong River, where you can enjoy the picturesque scenery of the surrounding countryside. We will then take a sampan ride through the small waterways with coconut palms line both sides, where you can experience the rural lifestyle, stop by the bee house to enjoy some local fruits and honey tea, listen to a live local music performance performed by the villagers. We'll wrap up our day and head back to Ho Chi Minh City in the afternoon and be taken back to your hotel. This is a unique opportunity to experience some of the best Southern Vietnam has to offer, with a mix of history, culture, and natural beauty all in one day.

5.00It was a great experience that I have ever had at Vietnam with Nelson. I learned the Vietnam's history, their sever war and the day of normal people or disabled people's life. Especially, as a Korean myself, I felt a deeper empathy because Korean people had experienced the same pain. And the nature of Mecong River area was beautiful. Thank you again Nelson.

5.00This tour is a rapid fire experience that covers the highlights. We only covered the essential stops at Chu Chi Tunnels, which was enough for me. If you’d want to spend more time at the tunnels then it would be better to book that by itself. Travel time to the Mekong is about 2 hours after that so either nap or listen to music. The same goes for the journey back to Saigon. Our guide Jack was amazing. Funny and always looking out for his group. He made sure everyone was comfortable, he has excellent knowledge of history and the local culture and he was always ready to assist anyone. Apart from the long travel time out of Saigon, this trip is good for those who want a quick getaway. If you manage to get Jack as your guide then you are set for a fun time.

4.00Good tour! Our guide Thuan was very knowledgeable and did a great job at showing us all over the Cu Chi tunnels and Mekong Delta. Im removing one star because the van had Wifi but it wasn't offered to us and this was an all day tour. We got back to the hotel at almost 7pm. We were only provided Wifi for a short period of time so we could leave a review.

5.00We had an amazing experience in this tour. Tour guide Dragonking explained the history behind all the spots in Chu Chí Tunnel in comprehensive manner. He was a seasoned guide who was knowledgable and resourceful and covered all spots with ease
