Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta One Day is a small group tour that allows you to avoid the crowded touristy bus. Group size max of 12 passengers. We will pick-up at your hotel in districts 1, 3, and 4.

What To Expect
Cu Chi Tunnels
We’ll pick you up at your Ho Chi Minh City hotel in the early morning, and you’ll travel with your English-speaking guide to the Cu Chi tunnels. The drive is around 60 km. At Cu Chi, you’ll be shown a documentary film about the tunnels and learn how the locals made bamboo traps, rice paper, and rice wine. You’ll then have the opportunity to explore the web of underground tunnels dug by Vietnamese resistance fighters.
My Tho
After exploring the tunnels, we’ll drive to My Tho. This is one of the provinces that comprise the Mekong Delta area. We’ll cruise by boat along the upper Mekong through a region with islands named after 4 animals that appear in Buddhist writings – Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Turtle. On this part of the tour, you’ll observe some of the activities of regional Vietnamese daily life and appreciate how life here depends on the River. We’ll then take you on a trip by rowboat along the small waterways. You’ll see the agricultural richness of the delta region in its fruit orchards, coconut groves, and bee-keeping farms. We’ll stop so you can enjoy honey tea, seasonal fruit, fresh coconut candy, and southern Vietnamese folk music. At the end of our tour, we’ll drive back to Ho Chi Minh City and drop you off at your hotel at around 18:00.

5.00I had so much fun on my one day layover in Vietnam. We were picked up on time for our tour. We had a wonderful day and experience with our guide Bruno who was so animated and made the tour special making sure we were happy and had fun. Bruno also made sure we got our ride back to our hotel and didn't leave until he knew we got in the car safely. Thank you for a wonderful day of history and culture.

This was honestly the best experience we’ve had so far in Ho Chi Minh City. Kim made the whole trip unforgettable. Not only did we learn a lot about the tunnels, but we certainly gained better insight on Vietnam’s History and Vietnamese culture. Very informative, interesting and enjoyable. Everything was seamlessly planned, on time and well organised. Spoilt with a lovely lunch before vaiting the Mekong Delta, it was definitely a great highlight of our stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommend.

5.00Very inexpensive 1 day trip to the Cu Chi tunnels and Mekong delta. Pick up early in the morning from HCMC and we were at the sights before everyone else which was great. Small group size and Kim gave lots of nice historical information with funny jokes. 10/10 would recommend

5.00The tour was good. It took a long time to travel the delta. I enjoyed Ch Chi tunnels and the MeKong delta. It was good to learn what we once heard about the way Vietkongs fought the US military. The delta tour gave insights to how the people in this region live. As for the tour guide she was excellent. She was very knowledged, helpful, and fun. She is a great addition to the team.

5.00Outstanding day, the CuChi was amazing and Kim was a fantastic guide, informative, friendly, funny and just an all round great guide. The Mekon Delta was interesting and it was educational on how the local Vietnamese people live. If you are in Ho Chi Minh book this tour, you will not be disappointed.
