Cu Chi Tunnels
We’ll pick you up at your Ho Chi Minh City hotel in the early morning, and you’ll travel with your English-speaking guide to the Cu Chi tunnels. The drive is around 60 km. At Cu Chi, you’ll be shown a documentary film about the tunnels and learn how the locals made bamboo traps, rice paper, and rice wine. You’ll then have the opportunity to explore the web of underground tunnels dug by Vietnamese resistance fighters.
My Tho
After exploring the tunnels, we’ll drive to My Tho. This is one of the provinces that comprise the Mekong Delta area. We’ll cruise by boat along the upper Mekong through a region with islands named after 4 animals that appear in Buddhist writings – Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Turtle. On this part of the tour, you’ll observe some of the activities of regional Vietnamese daily life and appreciate how life here depends on the River. We’ll then take you on a trip by rowboat along the small waterways. You’ll see the agricultural richness of the delta region in its fruit orchards, coconut groves, and bee-keeping farms. We’ll stop so you can enjoy honey tea, seasonal fruit, fresh coconut candy, and southern Vietnamese folk music. At the end of our tour, we’ll drive back to Ho Chi Minh City and drop you off at your hotel at around 18:00.

I had a really nice time with my family on this trip! The tour guide -Kim spoke very good english and kept us entertained the whole time, very good job! Good fair price for the amount of activites you get! Our day started at 7 and we were back in Ho Chi Minh city around 6pm. You get to see a lot of local life, try local food - vietnamese lunch, fruits, tea, candy, snake wine :) In our group were 13 people which was the perfect size, lika a small tight “family” you cruise around with the whole day! I reccomend you bring some cash and water with you!

Great small group tour to the Cu Chi tunnels and Mekong Delta. Was able to shoot an authentic AK47 which was great fun. The tour then travels to the Mekong Delta where we explored Unicorn Island. There is a lot of travel between sites but it’s worth it especially if you’re short on time. Kim the tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny to keep the trip interesting and informative

What a great tour! Matthew, our tour guide was very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. His enthusiasm made the tour even more enjoyable. It was great to experience going through the tunnels, learning more about the war and having the option to shoot a gun used during the war . The Mekong Delta portion of the tour was a great cultural experience, going on sampans and enjoying the local fruit. The only negative was it was a long day but definitely worth the experience because of all that was seen.

Matthew was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable, informative and also friendly and funny too. Thoroughly enjoyed the day and would definitely recommend. We learnt a lot about vietnamese history and also got to meet some locals in the village at Mekong Delta

I had an amazing time on this tour. I went solo, but from the very start I felt completely at ease. Tuan kicked things off with an engaging and informative history presentation on the way to the Cu Chi Tunnels, setting the tone for the whole day and making everyone feel welcome. The Cu Chi Tunnels themselves were fascinating, and Tuan’s knowledge really brought the experience to life. The visit to the coconut village was just as memorable - it was a lovely glimpse into rural life, with the chance to try local products, and the peaceful boat ride was the perfect way to wind down after a busy day. I’d highly recommend this trip to anyone. My only tips would be to get involved in everything to make the most of the experience, bring earphones for the minibus journey, and take the opportunity to rest when you can - it’s a full but incredibly rewarding day. A big thank you to Tuan for making it such a great experience — I had the best time! 😊

I would like to say that Max out guide made our day a great experience, from the moment we were picked up in our luxury mini bus , Max looked after us , the tour round the Tunnels was informative and Max had great passion and explained things very well without being biased, lunch was good as well, asking if anybody had any allergies etc . We then went on to the Mekong Delta again well looked after, the boat trip to the island was nice then a small rowing boat trip along with tuk tuk ride and a few extras we weren't expecting like a small show , snake wine , and coconut water all included in the trip . Even though I struggle with mobility Max sure I was ok and did everything that the others were doing , a big thankyou to him .

It was an amazing tour with bin. We booked a hole day and learned quite a lot about history. We tasted a lot of different things and even had the chance to shoot with AK47. (You can pay with credit card) I can recommending this experience. Hint: take some cash money with you for the tip.
