What To Expect
Cu Chi Tunnels
Tour stars approximately at 7:45AM to 6:40PM - This VIP Day Tour from Ho Chi Minh City with Transfers by Limousine allows you to experience the history, culture, and natural beauty of Southern Vietnam in just one day. Around 7:45am, get picked up from your hotel in center of Ho Chi Minh City and head to Cu Chi Tunnels. After 1.5 hours ride, we arrive at the tunnels where you will get a chance to learn about the fascinating history and significance of the tunnels during the Vietnam War. You will have the opportunity to crawl distances through the tunnels, and witness the intricate network of underground tunnels and traps that played a significant role in the war. You can also try your hand at shooting some of the old rifles used during the war. After exploring the tunnels, we'll head to a local restaurant for lunch to try some of the delicious local Vietnamese cuisine (vegan food available)
My Tho
After lunch, we'll head to My Tho - the heart of the Mekong Delta region. You'll get a glimpse into the daily life of the locals as we take a boat ride down the Mekong River, where you can enjoy the picturesque scenery of the surrounding countryside. We will then take a sampan ride through the small waterways with coconut palms lining both sides, where you can experience the rural lifestyle. Stop by at the bee house to watch locals perform traditional music while savoring fresh tropical fruits and honey tea. We'll wrap up our day tour and head back to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon, where we'll drop you off at your hotel around 6:50pm. This is a unique opportunity to experience some of the best Southern Vietnam has to offer, with a mix of history, culture, and natural beauty all in one day.

5.00Fantastic tour! Our tour guide, Nick, had a wealth on knowledge on both the history of the Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong River. Not only that, Nick was a great source of entertainment by cracking jokes constantly! Accompanied with our intended visits to the tunnels and the delta, we got a taste of local culture by visiting an art shop - that hires locals affected by agent orange - and a lunch at a local restaurant (meals included). Would highly recommend going in the small VIP group option as this offered a comfortable drive out to the sites (which was a necessity due to the amount of hours spent driving) and being in a small group of 8-9 meant we got to have some good chats with our fellow travellers. Can’t speak highly enough of the tour!

2.00I would say that the description of the transportation was completely inaccurate. This was not a luxury limousine. It was a Ford transit van and in poor condition. Stains on the ceiling and side panels. There were even a few bugs crawling in and out of the walls. The trip to the tunnels was as described, but very rushed. I watched other tour groups get in-depth explanations of things; however, I felt we were rushed through. The lunch was decent, but the “local” restaurant was really just a place that all the tours go to for the pre planned meal. The restaurant itself was beautiful. The drive to the Mekong Delta takes 2 hours. The distance is not listed in the description. During this 2 hour drive our tour guide took a nap and the driver scrolled reels on Instagram while driving. The tour of the Delta was as described and interesting. Then there is another two hour drive back to Ho Chi Minh. Another nap time for the tour guide. These two tours should be done separately to get the actual experience and not spend 6 hours in a van.

5.00Harry was a very good tour operator. He was very knowledgeable about the tunnels and the booby traps. He was also very knowledgeable about the Mekong river and all the other sights we saw. He mixed in some humour with the tour. I would recommend Harry and this tour to anyone
