What To Expect
Cu Chi Tunnels
Around 8:00AM or 12:10PM. Start with pickup from the center of Ho Chi Minh City or meet at the meeting point then depart for Cu Chi Tunnels. After 2-hour drive, we arrive at the Tunnels where You'll have the opportunity to explore the tunnel system, which includes narrow passageways, hidden entrances, and underground chambers. Learn about the daily life of the Cu Chi guerrilla fighters and how they managed to survive in the tunnels. You can crawl distances through the tunnels that were used by the guerrilla fighters during the Vietnam War. You may see kitchens, living quarters, among other things used during the war. Learn about how different types traps were created and set up. Visit the weapon rooms and learn how the ingenious soldiers made them. You can also safely try your hand at the shooting range with an AK-47. After exploration, we travel back to Ho Chi Minh City. Arrive approximately at 3:30pm for the morning tour and 7:00pm for the afternoon tour.

5.00We had a great trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels today. The site itself is really interesting and gives you a much better sense of what life was like during the war. Our guide Theo made the tour even better — he was funny, super knowledgeable, and shared lots of interesting stories and insights along the way. He also helped take photos of us during the trip and sent them afterwards, which was a really nice touch. Overall a really enjoyable and well-organized tour. Highly recommend — and if you get Theo as your guide, you’re in good hands!
I did the afternoon tour and it was pretty hot, especially walking around outside.

5.00Amazing and immersive experience in the cu chi tunnels. Included a shooting range, several demonstrations of traps or tunnels used by the Viet Cong at Cu Chi, and the option to walk through a small 100m tunnel. The tour guide Theo was hilarious and made the whole experience 100x better. Would highly recommend !

5.00We chose the smaller group option. Tuan, our guide, is a Vietnam War veteran and provided priceless insight into the history and culture of the tunnels and the war. Worth every dollar, and conveniently timed as a half day tour from HCM city, I would highly recommend this tour. Also I answered a trivia question correctly and Tuan gifted me a 1970 gold plated zippo lighter from the war era.. a small token but now for me, a treasured souvenir.
