What To Expect
Cu Chi Tunnels
Around 7:45am, get picked up from your hotel in center of Ho Chi Minh City and head to Cu Chi Tunnels. After 1.5 hours ride, we arrive at the tunnels where you will get a chance to learn about the fascinating history and significance of the tunnels during the Vietnam War. You will have the opportunity to crawl distances through the tunnels, and witness the intricate network of underground tunnels and traps that played a significant role in the war. You can also try your hand at shooting some of the old rifles used during the war. After exploring the tunnels, we'll head to a local restaurant for lunch to try some of the delicious local Vietnamese cuisine (vegan food available)
My Tho
After lunch, we'll head to My Tho - the heart of the Mekong Delta region. You'll get a glimpse into the daily life of the locals as we take a boat ride down the Mekong River, where you can enjoy the picturesque scenery of the surrounding countryside. We will then take a sampan ride through the small waterways with coconut palms lining both sides, where you can experience the rural lifestyle. Stop by at the bee house to watch locals perform traditional music while savoring fresh tropical fruits and honey tea. We'll wrap up our day tour and head back to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon, where we'll drop you off at your hotel around 6:50pm. This is a unique opportunity to experience some of the best Southern Vietnam has to offer, with a mix of history, culture, and natural beauty all in one day.

5.00The trip to Cu Chi Tunnel & Mekong Delta with Mingo was once in a life time experience. He not only explained the history of the tunnel in great details and have made us try some amazing activity along the way. The cherry on the top was the Mekong Delta Boat Ride which was something you should experience whenever in Ho Chi Minh! Next time you come it's a must and you would be lucky if you get a guide like Mingo!

5.00We had a great time during the day exploring Cu Chi tunnel and the Mekong delta. The tunnel designs, the primitive engineering and the history associated with it was mesmerizing. The hospitality of the people in Mekong delta was amazing. We canoed through the small canals, enjoyed tropical fruits and honey tea (oh a pet python too!). In this entire journey Mingo was our guide and the biggest enabler. He was greatly knowledgeable, full of energy and happy to answer or help all the time. A big shout out to him for the day!
