Ho Chi Minh City
Escape the bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and head straight to the countryside. Unlike standard big-bus tours, our Small Group van navigates the traffic faster, getting you to the site before the massive crowds arrive (for the morning slot). Watch the cityscape fade into rice paddies and rubber plantations. Your guide will provide an introduction to the Vietnam War (American War) context, setting the scene for what you are about to witness.
Ben Duoc tunnel complex
Upon arrival, watch a short documentary (a relic from the war era) before heading into the jungle. - Discover how a 200km underground web was built using simple tools. - See the ingenious and terrifying traps used during the conflict. - Experience the claustrophobic reality of tunnel life by crawling through a safe section of the tunnel (widened for visitors). Note: Crawling is optional; you can walk above ground if you prefer. For those interested in military history, there is an opportunity to fire real weapons (AK-47 or M16) at the National Defense Sports Shooting Range (bullets are at your own expense). Before leaving, sit down to taste boiled tapioca with sesame salt and hot pandan tea—the actual diet that sustained the Viet Cong fighters in the tunnels.
Pick-up and drop-off at the centrally located hotels in District 1.

A great day out to the tunnels and to learn some history of the awful Vietnam war. Our tour guide 'Vincent' was very friendly, courteous, considerate and informative. We definitely recommend this tour, the tour company and our guide Vincent. Do bear in mind though that the heavy traffic in HCM does result in a long journey there and back. Having said that the vehicle is very comfy and you do get regular comfort breaks. It's also a great way to see the Vietnam way of life along the way. Also a big shout out to our driver for driving us there and back safely. Many thanks 😊

Vincent was an exceptional tour guide and truly made our visit to the Cu Chi Tunnels one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. From the very beginning, he set the tone with his warm personality, great sense of humor, and deep knowledge of Vietnamese history. He explained the complex and emotional history of the tunnels in a way that was easy to understand, respectful, and incredibly engaging. What stood out most was Vincent’s storytelling. He didn’t just share dates and facts — he painted vivid pictures of what life was like for the people who lived and fought in the tunnels. His explanations helped us fully grasp the ingenuity, resilience, and hardship involved, which gave the entire experience much more meaning. You could tell he was genuinely passionate about the history and proud to share it. Vincent was also very attentive to the group, always checking in to make sure everyone was comfortable and had the chance to ask questions. He was patient, approachable, and great at adapting his explanations to different interests and levels of knowledge. His English was excellent, and he communicated everything clearly and confidently. Overall, Vincent went above and beyond as a tour guide. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and depth of knowledge transformed the Cu Chi Tunnels from a simple sightseeing stop into a powerful and unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend Vincent to anyone visiting Vietnam — you’ll learn a lot, enjoy yourself, and walk away with a much deeper appreciation of the country’s history.

Lily was so knowledgable and friendly! I learned a lot for her and she was very bubbly. Gave us a lot of insights and how things were during the war time. She also made the car journey enjoyable. Overall a 10/10 experience and I would recommend my friends.
