3.00They should be clear on the trip title and description that this is not necessarily an excursion to Culebra island. By surprise I found out that we were going to Viejes only when the captain did the debriefing on the boat. We went to Viejes which is an ok island. Everything was fine, average.

5.00The captain & crew were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The beaches of Culebra were stunning: turquoise, crystal clear waters, with soft, powdery sand surrounded by a lush, green tropical paradise. If you get motion sick, I highly recommend you take Dramamine about 1 hour before you board the boat because I learned my lesson the hard way. Despite that, my boyfriend and I had an incredibly fun time!

5.00We had an incredible day exploring Culebra by boat! The crew was friendly, professional, and made everyone feel comfortable from the start. The boat was clean, well-equipped, and the ride itself was beautiful — turquoise waters, gentle waves, and great music in the background. The snorkeling stops were absolutely stunning! The water was crystal clear, full of colorful coral and tropical fish, and we even saw a few sea turtles up close. The guides provided all the gear, gave clear instructions, and made sure everyone felt safe and had fun. They also served delicious food and fruit on board, and the beach time at Flamenco Beach was the perfect way to end the day. It truly felt like a tropical paradise!

5.00Highly recommend! This is a great activity for all ages! I went with my parents (both around 60 years old) and my boyfriend (25) and we all had a wonderful time! The snorkeling was really fun and the water was incredible. The crew were really attentive and made sure our cups were never empty!

5.00The team hosting this experience was amazing. We had the pleasure of spending the day with Anthony and Sergio, who were fantastic at anticipating everyone's needs on the boat. The food was delicious, light, but perfect for the setting. The music and overall vibe were great, making for an unforgettable atmosphere. Due to algae on the other beaches, we ended up visiting Culebrita instead, which, in my opinion, was an even better choice. I’d 100% recommend this experience. It was a beautiful, memorable day on the water.

4.00Be there at 7:15 AM!!! The tour was not clear about the time and the location for their tent was unclear in the Viator info so we arrived 7 mins late. The tour was great but the day started off on a bad note as the manager was very rude to my family and I. I understand it is frustrating when guests are late but it's poor customer service to be rude to clients. When I asked the Viator rep what time to be there they said 7:45, but when I called the tour company said 7:30. Then their email said 7:15. Too many different times, and it needs to be stated clearly on the tour. Thankfully, the captain and boat crew made up for it and were great! We had a good time in Culebra and enjoyed the snorkeling, lunch, drinks.

1.00I would not recommend Sail Getaways. Our Culebra Snorkeling Speed Boat Tour ended up being nothing like what was advertised. We were informed two days before that, because of the weather, we couldn’t travel to Culebra, but the actual location wasn’t confirmed until the hour of departure. There was no snorkeling, and the trip was cut short by an hour. The tiny waterslide and swings on the catamaran felt like filler, not part of the experience. Worst of all, the captain and some staff were extremely rude, making the trip stressful rather than enjoyable. If your trip gets changed, do yourself a favor and cancel or book with a different company.
