Visiting Culebra was the best choice of our trip. The tour guides were fenomenal, knowlegable and very patient. The snorkeling was great and Flamenco Beach outstanding. I will definetlay come back.

Unfortunately the tide was too high so our experience was pretty much a total loss other than some pretty views. I feel like the owners should have canceled the trip and hopefully will choose to refund some of the money since we did not get to do anything as planned. We could not go in the water at all.

Our snorkeling trip was canceled less than an hour before we were supposed to arrive to the ferry, which took us 1.5 hours to drive to, with not much of an explanation. If it were to be because of weather or the crew had an emergency, that would have been understandable but that did not seem to be the case. While this was disappointing, it did seem like tour company was otherwise very good, responsive via text and sending multiple reminder and preparation emails. Just bummed because I was really looking forward to some good snorkeling during my visit to PR :(

Great tour guides, Flamenco Beach was beautiful. The snorkeling part was ok. Be prepared to swim from the shore to the reef and turtle sightings, about 3/4 of a mile.

The swimming portion of this trip is more difficult than I expected. You must swim from shore to the open water, a ways from where you enter the water. It is a distance, against the current and on a windy day can be very challenging. Every snorkeling trip I have ever done has been a drop off from a boat in the open water and typically with more calm waters. I did see 4 sea turtles, but had expected more, as well as more fish. I was not prepared for such a difficult swim. The trip to Flamenco Beach was beautiful. Be aware that a limited number of shops will be open at Flamenco Beach and downtown ferry area if taking the trip on a Sunday.

Good Experience, But your seemed too long. At end of tour, most of group waiting at beach for bus, then taken to ferry to wait for another 1 hour. 2 hours snorkeling and 2 hours beach would have been plenty. 3 hours for each felt excessive for me and many others on the group. Guides great. I would do similar on my own next time.

We were contacted at 11 PM the night before our tour was scheduled to start and told that it had been overbooked and our reservation was canceled. At the same time, Viator still showed the tour as running as usual. We had to make multiple late-night calls and send numerous messages just to understand what was happening. The refund process took far too long, and no compensation was offered, despite overbooking being entirely the operator’s responsibility. Airlines typically provide compensation in these situations, so it’s reasonable to expect similar accountability here. This last-minute cancellation significantly disrupted our trip and caused unnecessary stress. Very disappointing experience.

Great experience. You get both highlight activities on Culebra- Flamingo beach and snorkeling. We saw sea turtles.! Usually there are 2 groups and 1 group does one thing while the others do opposite. The snorkeling is about 45 minutes in the water and reasonably taxing because you have to swim out quite a distance- but the guides were always there to help!
