Our culinary cultural tour will introduce you to the flavors of local traditions of Saint-Martin.
You will be guided through the streets of Marigot by your Friend, Laurina.
She will introduce you to carefully selected places, such as the market and traditional restaurants, where you can taste a variety of delicious local dishes.
Beyond the tastings, our walk will allow you to immerse yourself in the history and culture of Marigot, through fascinating anecdotes on the origin of the dishes, the culinary traditions and the influence of the different cultures in our local cuisine.
You will also have the opportunity to meet local producers, fishermen and restorers who will share their knowledge and their passion with you.

This walk is done on foot, in English or French and lasts 2 hours and a half.

We start the tour with a traditional St.Martin breakfast! While tasting, we will tell you all about the story behind each cultural ingredients. Why do we eat johnny cakes ? Where does it come from ?
