Located right in front of the historic Plaza Herrera, Pedro Mandinga Rum Bar transports travelers to a golden era with its mid-century Caribbean-inspired decor, vintage ceiling fans, and a relaxed yet sophisticated vibe. What you’ll do: You will discover the unique taste of artisanal rums distilled from raspadura (unrefined cane sugar). You and your companion will share a Rum Flight, exploring flavors ranging from the crisp Silver to the bold Spiced and the award-winning Añejo. 5.00Coffee, Rum, and Beer: Ali met us at our hotel and led us to three places that each specialize in one of these fine beverages. I was transported into the realm of the senses. It was great. The highlight of the day for me was the banter between Ali and each of the five of us in our family group. Thanks, Ali!

4.00Ali’s tour was a nice way to experience the iconic drinks of Panama - Geisha coffee, rum, and cerveza. As someone who wouldn’t order a whole glass in a restaurant, this was a great sampler wrapped up in the history and culture of Panama. Ali is very knowledgeable and multi-lingual! First-time visitors to Panama like myself will benefit from his tour.
