Visit the stunning Sacred Valley, one of the most visited places in Peru, and a ‘must see’ when visiting.
The sacred Valley is a beautiful and truly fascinating area, surrounded by mountains, Inca citadels, weaving villages and colourful markets, located approximately 15km north of Cuzco (1.5 hours by car).
On this day tour you will visit the traditional weaving town of Chinchero, Moray, Maras, terraces of Pisac and its market, the Urubamba river and the fortress of Ollantaytambo. You will also have a tasty buffet lunch included in the tour price.

What To Expect
Chincheros
We will pick you up from your hotel at around 7:00 am and head to Chinchero, a typical Andean village which combines Inca ruins with a colonial church, some wonderful mountain views and a colorful Sunday market. We will learn about the process on how the local people make their textiles. A master weaver will show us their techniques and all the stages step by step, from the gathering of the raw materials to the washing process and the dying of the threads with natural dyes. You will also get the chance to buy some of their products at the end of the demonstration.
Maras Moray Tours
Moray is an archaeological site located approximately 4.5 miles from the town of Maras and 39 miles from Cusco. Its most impressive feature is its system of circular agricultural terraces, which are up to 330 feet deep. Some people believe that the Incas used this place as a kind of laboratory to determine the optimal conditions for growing crops of each species.

5.00We toured Peru for 2 weeks with Into Peru and we loved it! We went to: Lima - vibrant, warm, best food I’ve ever eaten in my life, felt safe in Miraflores and Barranco etc Iquitos - Amazon jungle was mesmerising, amazing wildlife (we saw sloths, monkeys, pink and grey dolphins all in their natural Habitat). Fished for piranhas, did a night hike through the jungle, swam in the lodge’s pool, went to a local market. Absolutely once in a lifetime. Private tours for our family. Lodge was great, astounded by how good the food was with fresh fish etc. Ica - sand dune riding, sand boarding, tubing, true adrenaline fuelled! We were taken in private vehicle from lima and private tour at huacachina. Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu - outstanding experience with unforgettable memories made. Absolutely loved it all, Maras and Moray, the Inca sights, Machu Picchu is magical. What made the whole thing so enjoyable was knowing we didn’t have to plan or think about how to get around, where we needed to be etc was all taken care of so we could just concentrate on having the best time possible as a family. Travelled with our kids who are 8 and 6 and Into Peru were so good with them, the planning to take into consideration what was best for them and us was the best service I’ve ever had on vacation. They thought about the altitude for the kids so we went straight to the Sacred Valley at a lower altitude to get used to it before ending in Cusco. We had family friendly tours in the jungle. I can’t recommend them highly enough, especially if travelling with kids. Thank you so much for an awesome trip!

5.00We had a truly amazing time in Peru, we had no idea how to plan everything and are so glad we chose Into Peru to do it for us. We travelled with kids and going down to the sacred valley straight away definitely helped get used to the altitude. We toured all of the sacred valley, Cusco and Machu Picchu private and it was all fantastic. Thank you so much for making our trip unforgettable!

5.00Into Perú is a great travel agency. They planned our trip from day 1. We visited Perú and Cusco. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our drivers were always on time. The tour guides were exceptional. They have an amazing team. We went to a Cusco City Tour, to the Sacred Valley and to Machu Picchu. Into Perú, organized all the transportation, hotel stays and the entrance to every place. I definitely recommend them. They did an amazing job.

5.00Our whole extended family (over 20 of us!) did our dream trip to Peru. After a lot of trying to plan everything ourselves we came to the conclusion we just couldn’t manage it so we got Into Peru to help. They took care of all of the planning which meant we could forget about everything but having fun which was priceless. We toured Lima and Cusco, with a memorable visit to Machu Picchu. Some of our group did the Inca Trail and the rest of us met up with them in Machu Picchu. We all had a fabulous time! Thank you so much for taking all of the stress out of our trip, your help was invaluable and we loved your restaurant recommendations in particular! The food in Peru is awesome. Highly recommended. 5.00My husband and I spent the most wonderful week touring Peru. We went to Cusco, through the marvelous Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. In the Sacred Valley we visited Maras and Moray, Pisaq and Chinchero. We met many wonderful local people and loved their hospitality. We took the memorable Hiram Bingham train to Machu Picchu which was outstanding and then loved our visit to Machu Picchu. We are older now and not as fit as we used to be but our tour guide was so patient and took his time with us. On our way back from Machu Picchu we stayed at the marvelous Tambo del Inka hotel which is truly faultless and a great place to rest up. We had Into Peru plan our trip and boy did they do well. We opted for their luxury private service for the two of us and we were treated like royalty! Everyone was fantastic, very punctual and incredibly kind and respectful. If you are looking for someone to take care of the planning so your trip runs smoothly then I very much recommend Into Peru. They were excellent and gave us a trip that we will never forget. 5.00We just finished a week long trip through the Sacred Valley and Cusco, culminating at Machu Picchu with Into Peru. We went for their private service in the hope it would be stress free and personalized and it sure was! We left incredibly pleased with the service which helped to heighten the glorious Peruvian sights and scenery. We could not have asked for more. Highly recommend visiting Peru, especially Cusco, although Lima and its delicious food were also very memorable. Can not recommend Into Peru highly enough, they were great in every way. Thank you for making our trip perfect!
