5.00I had the most amazing chef knife forging class with Paulie. All of the staff were personable, fun, patient and answered all of our questions. Our chef knife turned out beautifully and they really went above and beyond from playing my favorite band to customizing the knife. We did the dinner date with wine and pizza. Definitely worth it!
