Very good tour. However, the tour operator wasn’t on the ball. He only made contact with me after I complained to Viator. He made up for this by giving me unlimited time. The driver Ken was very good.

We booked the 9-hour tour and had an amazing experience. Jack was absolutely fantastic—friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day. He listened to everything we wanted and made it all happen seamlessly. He even helped us find the best sushi and Wagyu burgers at Tsukiji Market, which were unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing day touring Tokyo! Our driver Sam made everything seamless; he was prompt, informative, safe, and courteous. He spoke and understood English well. The vehicle was clean and spacious; we were so thankful for air-conditioning as it is very hot and humid in Japan right now. We could never have done & seen so much in one day on our own. This experience was amazing--our guide, Max, was extremely informative and accommodating; there were some popular stops as well as some calmer, more traditional ones; and, best of all, it was absolutely gorgeous! I could not ask for more from the tour and from our guide.
