  Driving with a clear view of Mount Fuji! The cars were very fun to drive around the lake and the weather was great! The tour guide was very responsive and personable.

  This activity was a wonderful experience. I was picked up at the station. The tour guide and the organizer were very sympathetic. And the tour was great. Driving around this gorgeous landscape was a dream come true.

  Tour guide: Stefan was a great host - friendly and easy going. Pick-up and drop off was a smooth process, with minimal waiting time. We were even able to start the tour early. Tour: We really enjoyed our experience, especially since we were not with the tourist crowds and had our own “space” in our own electric cars (the story behind the cars are very interesting!). Also Stefan brought us to a hidden gem for a coffee and souvenir shopping break. We were very lucky as it was a very clear day and Stefan noted that we would experience many seasons - it was cold in the morning, then it warmed up after an hour or so. We also saw cherry blossoms in December! Our most memorable memory (in addition to driving around Lake Kawaguchiko in mini toy e-cars), was that every spot we drove to had a clear and absolutely beautiful view of Mount Fuji-San. While we were lucky to have a clear day, I think I still would have enjoyed the tour even if the weather and view was not favorable as the experience of driving around was fun and unique. Tips: Our tour was in December we made sure to dress accordingly, however Stefan did have extra coats and blankets. If you do this tour in the summer, make sure to bring a hat, your sunglasses and sunscreen. You will need an IDP and you will feel safe as Stefan gives helpful tips on driving the car and he also monitors the car traffic. I highly recommend this tour if you want to avoid the crowds and do something different.

  Bex, the owner had intereting stories about local histroy and informative about Japanese culture. His electric cars were the prototypes for the Japanese initial attempts at battery powered cars. Very fun to drive. Back to being a kid again. The tour was not only educaitonal, we had a blast. Loved it. Thank you Bex!
