5.00Ash was one of the best tour guides we ever had!! By visiting the German Cemetery in addition to the other regular places, it brought a perspective no other tour can provide. Ash showed us Hope even amidst such tragedy. His knowledge of the area and the war was extensive. We highly recommend the tour thru Viator!!

5.00Excellent tour, our guide, Bert, was very knowledgeable and gave testimonials of actual events and people involved in D-day. Lunch was delicious and with a large ham and cheese baguette, chips, macaroons and a bottle of water. We had a good amount of time at each of the stops and returned to the ship with plenty of time to spare. A great and memorable tour!

5.00Bertrand our guide, and Francois’ our driver took us to the D-Day landing sites, all the notable section all along the Normandy Beaches. We also went to the German bunkers and gun positions, the target of the US Rangers to start the invasion. The German cemetery and the very impressive American Cemetery overlooking Normandy Beaches Landing areas. All was explained well. Bertrand has a large tablet to show highlights and photographs of events and notable soldiers. Dress warm if you go in Fall. A great day of WWII history! Highly Recommend. Lunch was a very nice French baguette w ham and cheeses, chips, water and some little French pastries

5.00Excellent tour of Omaha Beach. Our guide Bertrand did a great job on the history and explaining the D Day invasion. The brown bag lunch was good. I just wish we had more time.
