This was a very worth while experience!! Between the river tour, lunch river swim and walk through of the rainforest our day was packed. Our guide/driver was very knowledgeable and we felt safe the entire trip (even swimming in the river)! Even though it poured rain in the AM our afternoon was hot and sunny. And the free drop off and pick up was icing on the cake. This is a must do as a solo traveler or with friends/family. Lunch was also very yummy.

Great experience despite the weather ensuring the original itinerary couldn't take place. The guide made sure we got a good taste of the rainforest.

Great way to explore the Daintree Rainforest. Got to see a lot of animals and scenery. Food was delicious. Just never got out ice cream.

While a cyclone had passed north of the area just a few days prior, they reconfigured the tour to still take us to see interesting things. Our guide, G, was so knowledgeable about the rainforest and history and had a great sense of humor. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience, really recomend it. I can't remember the name of our guide, she was a blond woman who "recently" moved to Cairns. She was just fantastic.

Great tour overall and a really enjoyable day exploring the Daintree. Our guide, Graeme (I hope I got that right!), was great fun, knowledgeable, and kept the day relaxed and engaging. It was a bit disappointing not being able to reach Cape Tribulation due to the ferry being out of service, but the tour was very well adjusted to make the most of the situation. The time at Mossman Gorge was a highlight, with plenty of time to explore and enjoy a swim in a beautiful setting. I also really appreciated the communication beforehand. The team reached out with an alternative itinerary and even offered a full refund if I preferred not to go ahead, which I thought was very fair and professional. I will definitely have to come back to Cairns to see Cape Tribulation properly, and when I do, I would happily book with Billy Tea Safaris again.

Mum and son trip to Daintree forest today (13/3/26) although a revised itinerary due to recent flooding that’s occurred in the area so unable to do cape tribulation. Croc 🐊 spotting boat ride. But also took us to other places along the route. Graeme was our tour guide & very helpful and informative throughout the trip. Absolutely banging lunch provided! Really lovely experience. Comfortable transport with air con.

Great overview of rain forest; saw 2 cassowaries, but no crocs (ok, one baby about a foot long). Dannny was great, lunch, great. Microphone in bus a bit muffled. The road is somewhat aggressive, and I’m glad someone else was driving later on in the afternoon. Loved the beach signs in cape trib.
