Must do! Our guide Kel was fabulous, knowledgeable about the rainforest and very much involved with every one. The cruise with the tea before we got on, the rainforest, all the views are breathtaking. Oh, almost forgot the lovely ice-cream. There are enough toilet breaks which is important and there is a little water refill on the bus/van. (I don't know how you call this vehicle) TIP! I ate lunch fast (I chose baramundi and fruit) so I went to the sweet water creek after lunch immediately for the swim. I had plenty of time and had the whole creek by myself. I took the creek at the right side.

I had a really lovely time on this trip! A very friendly tour guide who was happy to answer any questions we had. We got unlucky with the rain at Cape Tribulation, and unfortunately being on an organised tour means there isn’t really time to go back or wait for the rain to pass, but we had a great walk around the Daintree and saw a juvenile Cassowary come very close to us! We also managed to spot a couple of crocs on the crocodile cruise. The lunch and ice cream stop were both delicious. It’s a lot of time on the bus but that’s what happens when you do a day trip somewhere far!

The best trip ever with superstar host Jeremy. We drove a long way and we had a great commentary from Jeremy. He was superb and made the day for me. We explored the rain forests went swimming, seeing a croc to two and had a wonderful lunch. Really great day out.

The nice thing about this tour is also the sad part - you really only get a taste of the places you visit. So, if you hate being in the Daintree rainforest walk, no worries! It's only a short walk and very easy with no hiking. However, if you love something like swimming in the river after lunch (don't get the fish, it's just meh), you only have a very short time for it. I loved our tour guide, but the few others we ran into seemed just as fun/knowledgeable as AJ, who was extremely passionate about the topics covered. It was lovely getting a local expert's insight to things like crocs, aboriginal practices, and modern issues. Just remember it's a lot of driving, but your guide can probably talk the whole way if you want ;)

Long Day from 7:00-6:00. You might list that bug spray might be handy especially during certain months. Very informative, serious guide who stresses keeping on schedule and on time.

Departed at 7am and returned at 7pm. Many hours of bus even if the guide entertained with explanations Little time spent outside. It was worth it for seeing the crocodile in the river we went boating in (including experience)

A great day out, guide was very informative and lunch incudes was very nice. Only problem was getting on and off the 4WD coach, a little high to climb if you have knee etc problems. a small step up would be good.

A super day. Our guide, Rowan, was very informative and gave the perfect level of commentary. Cape Tribulation was wonderful, the river cruise was great and the swimming in the creek after a nice lunch was so refreshing. Great to see a saltie as well.
