One of the best holiday experiences we’ve had as a family. Rod was an extremely knowledgeable guide, with an infectious passion for the Daintree. Having a small group tour was amazing and we’ll never forget it.

A great small group tour into the Daintree led by Rob, our terrific driver & guide who was a fount of knowledge about the region in general and the specifics of the flora and fauna we encountered during our tour experience. The Daintree River cruise was just one highlight to mention, where we came close up to two resident crocs lazing on their respective river bank locations. A must-do when in Far North Queensland!

Rod gave us an unique experience, with his enormous knowledge of the fauna and flora of the rainforest. We initially wanted to make the trip to Cape Tribulation ourselves, but were recommended Tony's Tropical Tours by a British couple. And we are so grateful for this advice. We have gained a much better understanding of this part of Australia, all due to Rod's passion and interest in passing it on to us. We were a small group of 8, and everything went smoothly. Nice lunch and short swim in a cold, but beautiful lake. The Crock boat trip (not so much crocks, go other places if that is your main focus). The walking tour in the rainforest on the private property was a highlight on the tour.

Fantastic day out with Andrea, who was funny, engaging and very informative. Saw some amazing sights . Would thoroughly recommend the full day tour because half a day will not do it justice.

Great day with lots of different activities! Really enjoyed our guide, Rob. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and had a wicked sense of humor. He kept us on track with all the different stops so we had enough time at each one. I especially enjoyed the hike through the Daintree Rainforest & learning about all the amazing flora.

We had a really good day with Rob our guide who was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. Each of the stops was interesting, morning coffee and lunch were good and none of the individual tours or the intervening drives were too long. Small group of 10 which was ideal. Very good day.

What a fun excursion with Rob! I didn’t know what to expect but we experienced a lot and really got a great feel for the nature and animals living around here. Saw a venomous snake, a crocodile, a lizard, big spider and lots of birds and fauna. So so cool!

What a fabulous day with our amazing guide, Rod. The sights we visited were beautiful but it is Rod’s interpretation that really enriched the experience. Rod’s enthusiasm and joy in teaching was infectious. So glad we chose this tour.

We were unlucky as half of the trip canceled due to an unfortunate cancellation of river crossing. Our guide Rob was very friendly and knowledgeable. Probably with a better weather we would have a better experience.
