Nice but overpriced, as well as almost everything in Copenhagen. I recommend visiting it from outside and doing as few things as possible for a fee (prices are absurd).

Absolutely phenomenal experience for 20 euros in a very overpriced Copenhagen. Anything you can imagine you can find it there and I myself am 17 years old and while i dont really enjoy museums etc i had the time of my life. Recommended 100%.

As set up, not for arthritis sufferers. We did not meet our guide at the museum itself, but about 3 or 4 blocks away. We then took a roundabout route from our meeting point that included walking on cobblestones, so by the time we got to the museum one of us (the husband) had gone from a tender ankle due to a mishap in the airport, to a sore ankle where every step was painful. Consequently the husband had to rest a lot in the museum’s atrium while his wife did the actual touring. The guide seemed to have trouble adjusting to us. We are not typical tourists in that we are history buffs and already knew a great deal about the Vikings and Neolithic and Bronze Age Europe before we ever arrived in Copenhagen. It’s a wonderful little museum and we did see interesting exhibits, but we felt that our initial knowledge base was advanced enough that we’d have done as well with no guide at all.

After a disappointing tour experience due to translation issues, a lack of schedule on the two-hour tour, and challenges with our elderly guide, we shared our concerns and were met with incredible professionalism. Aleksandra was immensely helpful—she worked diligently to find a resolution that made us feel valued as customers. We truly appreciate when a business takes accountability and goes above and beyond to make things right, and Rosotravel did just that. They have taken steps to improve their services for future travelers. Due to their dedication to customer satisfaction and Aleksandra’s outstanding support, we rate this experience 3/5.

Had a great time at this museum. There was a Viking exhibition which I liked very much. It was very interesting and there were a few interactive parts with headphones at the Viking exhibition and quizzes throughout the museum. There were some very unique pieces there which I found fascinating to see.
