This tour is basically split into three parts: visiting a Fijian village, spending the day on the island, and then the evening performance. The village visit was okay, but honestly, if you’ve already done other tours with a kava ceremony or seen how locals live, you won’t get much new out of it. The island stay is where you get lunch and can join in on some activities like snorkeling, watching someone climbing a coconut tree, and trying fresh coconut juice. The island itself isn’t exactly picture-perfect though — if you’re looking for those postcard-style, crystal-clear waters, you’re better off joining one of the other sea tours that go to more remote spots. The best part of the day is definitely the night show. You can actually book it separately. It kind of reminded me of the shows you’d see at theme parks in the States — fun and entertaining, even if the food was just so-so. They sometimes run out of utensils when busy and literally rinse used ones and bring them back still wet, wrapped in napkins. Not the most sanitary setup, so maybe bring your own if you’re picky about that. The fire dancing part of the show was awesome and definitely the highlight. You’ve probably seen similar traditional dances at resort dinners, but the fire performance really stands out. If you’re doing the dinner show, try to get there on the first boat — you’ll catch the sunset, which makes the whole thing a lot more memorable.

This was one of the most incredible excursions I have ever experienced! So many activities and experience, including a visit to Vusama village, Kava Ceremony, Likuri island for beach time and a buffet lunch. Then dinner prepared in a Lovo underground oven and the highlight of the evening a 2 hour fire show with dancers! If you only book one excursion in Fiji do this one! Amazing!

Most AMAZING experience in Fiji. Visiting a village that completely opens their doors and hearts to you. Wonderful river cruise with delightful staff. Incredible meals that were buffet and eat until you are done. Lots of time to relax staring at the oasis, snooze in a hammock, or have some cocktails with a view. You can learn herbal medicine, watch coconut tree climbing, fire walking, and the show is world class. What skills! Every person you come across is a beautiful soul, laughing and open to chat. I suggest to take some snacks, water and entertainment like a card game or book if you need it. You may need to put a cover on your legs at the village, but it is provided. Be prepared to dance and since. I'll never forget my day / night tour, ever.

Total scam It was pouring out but the operator would not let me cancel the tour. There was no snorkeling. The island is at the mouth of a river and since river sediment pours out there it is totally muddy swift moving water. The kayaks were sun bleached cracked and in total disrepair. They said it wasn't safe to use them. Thus I was taken there in the rain to a place where you couldn't do the advertised activities. Not only was this a waste of money but it took away time I could have gone and done something better for the short time I had in Fiji. It's a SCAMstay away from this operator!!!

WONDERFUL tour. A must do while in Fiji. We did the full day and I definitely recommend doing the whole day. We had a tour of a Fijian village that was deeply meaningful and truly worth visiting to meet the lovely people who live there and let them share their stories, songs, ceremonies and lives with you. Then we went to the island were it was a full day of lunch, crab cooking, snorkeling, swimming, lunch and lounging on the beach. The evening was the very BEST part. Dinner, bonfire, hot stone walking, singing, and a full show with dinner. It was perfect and wonderful and night to never forget. I was blown away by the staff and the entertainers. Everything was PERFECT. I would not miss this tour if you are visiting Fiji. 10+/10 would recommend.

This experience was incredible to get to go into a village and see the way the people of Fiji actually live in the villages! I would have like to be warned or told about the shopping experience available in the village so I could be more prepared with Fiji $ and have had a little more time to shop in village! I also was planning to snorkel after lunch but water was way to brown in that area’ I did think the unearthed lovo dinner would be a pig and was disappointed it was fish and chicken, lunch was better!
