  • Animals and in their natural environment

Nick was an excellent guide knowing all the animals, birds and plants. We were picked up at the cruise terminal. With a private car we could enter the Southern portion of the park, an easy half hour drive from the port. The cruise ship tour busses cannot enter the Southern part taking more time to drive to the next Northern entrance and unable to view the Southern portion. These are real animals in their natural environment. The private reserve safaris in South Africa are actually zoos. This is not.

Sean was a great and knowledgeable guide. He provided some delicious protein bars, fruit, and ice cold water for our group. He waited patiently for another member of our group to translate the information he gave us into another language. He knew an endless about about the animals, parks, and local townships. He took very cool, artistic pictures for our group and took us to a wonderful vantage point for group pictures with our ship. We saw many beautiful animals and had a wonderful time in Addo. Highly recommended tour and guide!!
