Hobart is an amazing city with tons of activities in and around the waterfront BUT, the outskirts of the city are stunning. Mt Field and Mt Wellington are beautiful spots to be enjoyed for the amazing scenery and wonderful clean air as well as incredible views. Bonorong was a special treat for these 2 Americans who love wildlife! Our guide, Brett, was VERY knowledgeable and took time to explain the animals habitat, breeding and we learned so much!

Our guide Bret, was not just amazingly informative about the Tasmanian culture and history, but also the animal habits and physiology The walk through the Mt Field forest was incredibly beautiful followed by visiting Bonorong .- the best wildlife sanctuary we have seen. Truly a great day in Tasmania.

My tour guide was lovely, I got to meet so many cool people on the trip. Our walk through the ash trees was stunning and spending time with the animals at the sanctuary was amazing. Our stop in Richmond had so many sweet little stores, I highly recommend stopping in the eclectic bookshop cafe. The summit view was also incredible!

We had a fantastic day touring Tasmania. Our guide Brett was excellent. He guided us to the best trails in the parks and great food at our lunch spot. An added bonus is that he has incredible knowledge about the local Australian fauna. He told us many interesting facts about wombats, tassie devils, echidnas, and wallabies.
