A great trip begins with excellent organization. Our hotel was not listed on the organizers list for pick up, I contacted them and was able to make arrangements for pick up at our hotel. We were notified of pick up time a day before. Each time I had a question before the trip a response was received in about an hour. On the day of the trip, we were picked up on time and the day’s schedule was communicated and the timetable was adhered to. We were also with a wonderful group who were conscientious of the schedule as well. The trip to Auschwitz’s and Birkenau was moving. The salt mine was also fascinating. There is a lot of walking so wear comfortable shoes. Highly recommend this tour.

Pick up from our hotel in Krakow was on time and the driver communicated with us beforehand to say he was nearly there. The visits to Aushwitz and Birkenhau were very sombre and the guide was very knowledgeable and it was a real pleasure to listen to her. We were wowed by the salt mines too. We had the packed lunch and it was definitely worth it. Would definitely recommend this trip, it was a full day and there was a lot of walking but absolutely worth every step!

Although an earlier start than advertised when booking , minibus arrived on time, picking us up outside our accommodation . Friendly driver . Did feel that tours were a bit rushed , but it was really busy and realise schedules to keep too. Auschwitz tour guide very knowledgeable. Thought provoking. Salt Mines had lots of steps down as advertised but definitely worth it .

Micheal was a great host/driver/guide for the day. Clear and consice explanations on a tour at a steady pace but not rushed. We did both Auschwitz and Wieliczka Salt Mine so didnt have time to waste, but in saying that I didn't feel rushed at any part of the day. Micheal gave us a lift back to our hotel and we drove round the edge of the old town, Krakow. He couldn't help himself but talk us through some of the sites as we drove which is really above an beyond.

Great experience. Only feedback is that there was a lot of downtime and waiting for tours between activities. I wish there was either less waiting or the downtime was at a location where we could explore. Our driver was great- safe and nice. The tours themselves were very high quality.
