Start your day with a scenic drive along the North Coast road with the most amazing panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. Stop at the Maracas Lookout where you can take photos of the surrounding bays and maybe try some local snacks (not included). Continue on the 1.25-mile beach, lined with coconut trees, where waves can reach an average height of 1-meter. Swim, relax or have a cool walk along the sandy shores. Also enjoy the famous bake and fish sandwich.

5.00Denton our guide was fantastic! He picked us up right on time, was super friendly and gave us so many hints and tips on the way to the beach. We stopped off and tried Snow cones (a must!) and then had the most relaxing time at the beach. Uncle Sam's Bake and Shark was great and Denton gave us loads of useful history and information. Highly recommend this tour!

5.00The tour guide was very knowledgeable of landmarks we passed on the way. We also visited local vendors on the route to purchase different items. The tour guide remained with us the entire time and was very personable. Overall it was an awesome trip.

5.00This was a very nice experience. Junior, our tour guide was great! He was on time, picked us up and returned us right at our residence. My Mom is elderly, so he was very accommodating. Customer service was also very responsive. The beach was amazing! Junior helped us get set up with beach chairs. Wish we could have spent more time there. Would highly recommend this company and We'd be happy to try their other excursions.

5.00Stunning beach, great drive / scenery and a fantastic guide who gave us a great trip and made sure we didn’t miss anything along the way (including chow at the lookout) so thank you Noula - though spelling may not be quite right!). The beach is in a great setting and Richard’s Bake and Shark lived up to its reputation. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

1.00It suck book a trip at the beach and spent only an hour and a half at the beach that’s crazy I will not recommend this tour for anyone

4.00The beach was great. Overall experience was good. We also got to stop along the way for some history and sightseeing. I’d say the trip would have been a 5-star experience if there were beach chairs, refreshments or a lunch included. Mostly felt like we were taking a taxi to the beach.

5.00I recently booked day trip to Marcas and Las Cuevas with Island Experiences and absolutely loved it! My guide Prenka was amazing, extremely well travelled and knowledgeable about Trinidad and Tobago. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time and we even tried the famous bake and shark at Maracs Beach, it was delicious. Highly recommend this trip - Thank you.

5.00What made the experience unforgettable was our tour guide, Junior! Safe driving, professional and friendly, knowledgeable about the culture and history of Trinidad and Tobago and most importantly, down to earth and attentive to our needs. The journey to and from Maracas, was enlightening and entertaining. I now have gained new knowledge about " country life" in Maracas village and the appreciated simple innocence of its people. The highlight of the trip, of course, for me was the scenic breathtaking look out, and the overall atmosphere on the beach. The friendly staff at the local restaurants, the delicious bake and shark with its tasty flavorful condiments and the warm water of the sea. I didn't want to leave the Positive vibes such a contrast from an otherwise hectic stressful life. All Trinis should take advantage of this treasure and create your own "staycation" Be your own tourist at home. Awesome day!!
