Hakim was an excellent guide helpful with information about each location, tips about food and walking routes in each location. The rail carts were fun but require a bit of effort be prepared for a workout! Nami island is paradise so much to see and do. The lights at morning calm were better in the evening though it was lovely to see the contrast between a day and night visit.

Wow! What an interesting day, and our tour guide — Jonathan— was excellent. He was very friendly and interested in everyone on the tour. We got just enough background on each stop to understand its significance, but not overwhelmed with a long lecture! We would highly recommend Jonathan as a guide as well as this tour.

Thank you 🙏🏻 William for a wonderful day tour to Rail Bike Park and Nami Island and Morning Calm Garden on January 31st 2026. My children and I had a lovely time. Most fun on the bike ride in the cold fresh air of the winter with so much laughter, passing beautiful mountains 🏔️ country sides … Great lunch at Nami Island which I enjoyed so much and highly recommended, I have been on this tour 3 times and honestly getting lunch at Nami Island was a much better idea than trying the lunch place before taking the ferry . I attached photos of the restaurant in Nami island with their menu here. Evening visit in winter at Morning Calm Garden gave a totally fascinating vibe in a unique atmosphere. So glad I did this. Bought some nice body massage oil at the garden shop as well. Absolutely loved this experience. Highly recommended. Thank you 🙏🏻 William our tour guide for your thoughtful caring service. Best wishes.

Pickup was simple and straightforward. I went in the winter so there were less than 10 of us, so a van in lieu of a bus was used. Van was comfortable with satisfactory legroom even for taller folks. Rail car ride was a bit of a workout but certainly a blast! Nami Island speaks for itself. Stunning walks, immersive nature and great photo opportunities make it a must see, regardless of time of year and weather. The Garden of Morning Calm was unexpectedly spectacular. In winter, the entire garden is flooded with Christmas lights which give such an ambiance you forget about the cold. Our driver and guide as well was fantastic, and treated us almost as friends rather than customers. Giving personal advice on how to spend time in different spots and even printing Polaroids of us and giving them to us were truly special, and actions I’ve never seen a tour guide ever make. Without a doubt, this is one of the best tour companies I’ve traveled with and would certainly book them again should I be in the Seoul area.

We did this tour on our second day in Korea and it was such a beautiful introduction to the country. The tour guide Joon was very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot of new things throughout the trip. The garden of morning calm was so much more impressive in person. This trip is a full day of fun and adventure for the whole family.

More advance detail about the length and nature of the trip would have been helpful - this was a 10-hour long event and 80% of it was outdoors, and no information about drop off was provided until the day before the trip. The tour group was very large - we were on a large tour bus (no bathroom) that was completely full, and our guide Martin provided some information at the beginning of each segment of the ride but nothing exhaustive. Since there was a large group of Mandarin speakers on the bus, information was provided in English and Mandarin. Luckily our fellow riders were very punctual so the size of the group did not impact any aspect of the schedule, and for the most part, people were very respectful. Some general guidelines, like no phone calls on speakerphone, would have been helpful. The rail bike was a fun experience but we didn't get any information about how/why it was created, just some basics about safety. Similarly, we didn't learn much about how Nami Island came to be and would have enjoyed a little more time there. We received the most information about the Garden of Morning Calm, the final stop. Once we reached each stop, things were done independently, which worked well for our family of 4 but might not be ideal for solo travelers. Overall, the guide was not great but the tour made traveling from destination to destination very easy.

Jiwon was a fabulous tour guide! Really fun and kind. She kept us safe and on schedule. The rail park was the highlight for me, a fun activity and something different. Nami Island and the Garden were nice but would've been even better in a different season (not winter, unless it was snowing), when you can enjoy flowers and leaves. Would do this tour again in a different season :)
