What an amazing tour. I've booked tours through Viator many times, all previously large groups. This group was only a group of 7 and it was so much more personal. Stella was our guide. She picked us up from Namsan Yejang Station just outside of Myeongdong. I was pleasantly surprised that we went to Eobi Ice Valley and even had time carved out for lunch at a stir fried chicken restaurant outside of the Nami Island parking area, in addition to the actual itinerary of Nami Island and the Garden of Morning Calm. Being in a small group was such a game changer. Very minimal crowds - unsure if it was because it was -5C and lower or because it was a weekday, but either way it was great to enjoy these sights without the hustle and bustle of large tour groups. Overall, Stella was so informative. She spent the entire 3 hours chatting with my dad in the front seat, bless her for being patient with him. This was our first tour experience in Seoul and it was truly a great one thanks fo Stella!

Nami island is breathtakingly beautiful! At long last I was able to see the iconic place where one of my fave K telenovelas Winter Sonata 2002 was being filmed, with my family. After the Nami Island, we visited the Garden of Morning Calm. Though the temperature on that time was below freezing point, the beauty of the garden was very warm to the eyes. It was indeed a memorable experience for a New Year of 2026 and for first-timers in South Korea.

A lovely day trip from Seoul. It was cold during the winter, but not unbearable. Lots of walking, but it was a nice break from the city. I’m sure the other seasons have beautiful scenery to offer in their time. Byoungseok (Ben) was our guide. He was very communicative and easy to reach with any questions or updates in plans. I was traveling with my 84 year old mother and he was very thoughtful and helpful in making sure she was ok. Nami Island is basically a theme park, with walking trails and a handful of shops and restaurants on a small island. You take a five minute ferry to get to the island with the ferries running everyone 5-10 mins. You have can lunch and/or coffee there and it’s an instagram paradise. The Garden of Morningcalm is a pirate garden turned destination. It was a little hilly, but beautifully lit up with winter lights for the season. It was a long day and we almost decided to stay in the van, but were so happy we took the hour, despite the cold, to walk around. It was a lovely winter wonderland of light displays and tunnels.

This is our second time traveling with this company to Nami Island and the garden is morning peace. We loved the restaurant we went to, the smaller car this year was so much more fun than the larger bus. Our guide was so knowledgeable and impressed us with her kindness .

Love the scenic places of the morning calm garden and the beauty of Nami Island. Cecilia is a very good guide approachable and considerate of the unavoidable changes like traffic jam. Her suggestion of walking less than 400m to get to the ferry sooner is easier than sitting in the bus stuck in traffic. The only thing I could probably say to improve is the description of the meeting point Namsan Yejang Public Parking Lot , should be BUS Parking Lot because there is another parking lot next to it. It was confusing on where to go. Other than that the trip went well and I recommend it 👌

We enjoyed our tour! The 2 sites are a lot of ground to cover in 1 day. We only wish we had more time on Nami Island because our tour was in November and sunset came early. Robert was a fun and energetic guide, making sure everybody was OK - 5 stars for Robert too!
