Had a good day getting to see all different parts of Dutch culture/life without having to travel overly far from Amsterdam. Nearly every second was filled with informative commentary or experiences, along with enough “unsupervised” time to actually get to explore the locations at your own pace. Despite the price, I highly recommend. Pia was a fantastic guide around the country!

The best tour we experienced in or near Amsterdam. The cheeses were wonderful and we bought some along with cinammon for the remainder of our trip. Edam is a magical village. The other stops were also interesting and lovely.

What a fabulous trip we had today with Patricia! She was an excellent guide that gave clear and concise history and culture of the many places we visited. She was knowledgable and humorous and gave clear directions. The sun and warmth made the beauty of the villages and landscapes even more sublime!

Pia was a great guide! I really like Volendam. Market was also cool. It’s sad that the windmills have all been moved to this one park.

While we enjoyed some of the sights and a few stories, we did not fully enjoy the experience. Some of the stops like Zaans Schanes and Volendam were nice, as they were free reign; however, the experience at other stops felt somewhat curated, as we had to walk in a large group behind the guide with only a few points of history. I do feel our guide could have been more knowledgeable in some of the history provided to us. We enjoyed exploring out of the city for a day but I would maybe recommend a shorter, smaller group tour
