This is a small group experience, with each electric cart limited to a max of 7 people. Whilst we do our best to seat groups together, we aren’t able to guarantee this and at times, groups may be asked to sit on separate carts.
This tour runs year-round and goes ahead rain or shine—even in cold weather—unless conditions are dangerous. Cancellation decisions may be made at the meeting point, and we may delay up to 30 minutes for weather to improve.
Please arrive as scheduled, dress appropriately for the weather, and check your messages for any updates. Since our electric carts are not heated and are open to the environment, we recommend wearing layers of clothing during colder months.
Carts accommodate most types of infant seats and we encourage parents to bring their own. We can provide an infant seat, as long as a guest calls us at least 48 hours before the tour and informs us of the age and weight of the infant.
We can accommodate folding wheelchairs for guests who can transfer into the cart on their own or with assistance. Please note that there is no ramp access, and we are unable to accept motorized or non-folding wheelchairs due to vehicle limitations. Wheelchairs are not provided. If bringing your own, please let us know at the time of booking. All requests are subject to availability.
The itinerary and its order of stops are subject to change at any time. Monuments visited may change due to local road or monument closure which are beyond our control.
Your tour covers the National Mall in an all-electric vehicle. We're committed to reducing the environmental impact of vehicle-based tourism in Washington DC, which makes up the vast majority of tours given in this city. Make a "green" difference by seeing the Mall via electric transportation!

5.00We had a great trip! Dee was so pleasant and full of helpful information. She was patient with all of our questions and so great to listen to. The tour touched on all of the things through and around the mall! It was honestly more than I even expected. We were able to get out and take pictures at a few places like the capital the Washington monument, MLK memorial and the Lincoln memorial. I would recommend this trip to anyone interested in touring DC

5.00Excellent overview of the layout of monuments and history. Tour operator Chis was very knowledgeable and accomodating. Drop offs at entrances to Lincoln and MLKing monuments were helpful, including restroom stop. I would definitely recommend this experience, especially to first time DC visitors
Unprofessional Staff and Missed Pickup Due to Lack of Assistance

1.00The staff refused to take my call after the initial conversation. We were simply trying to confirm that we were waiting at the correct pickup point. As a result, we were left outside in the cold for about 20 minutes and ultimately missed the pickup. The staff’s response felt dismissive and unprofessional.
